Scapegoat is right. Pretty disgraceful to be honest. Not saying they deserved to stay, but the problems run a lot deeper than two assistant coaches.

It hasn’t worked for a decade at this club.

So what do you propose? We hang on to all our coaches for eternity because of a decade of failure? Or we make incremental changes to certain areas? And before you bring up the CEO, he ain't leaving so this is all we have.
