Sharks Trial: LIVE GAME THREAD

well marshall and farah are locked in long term and i wouldn't be surprised if mullaney and lui are in talks at the moment to secure long deals as well. I think it will come down to the central coast if they come in moltzen goes if not taumata goes.

It really sucks that we have such an abundance of talent in the 6 with Marshall, Lui and Moltzen. I think Lui would be an effective play-making lock.

I would be working towards a team of
1\. Mullaney
6\. Marshall
7\. Taumata
9\. Farah
13\. Lui
14\. Moltzen

Lui looks to have improved his defense and I can see him playing a Jason Smith/Feleti Mateo type game.

Moltz on the bench? No way. He has to be on the field for 80 mins. Switch Moltz and Taumata and that looks good but Lui has to consistantly show that his defence is good before he plays lock forward.

i don't even know if arana can make it through a season

There's so much talent in that group other teams would be throwing money at a couple of them & with that many there we couldn;t compete.

exactly maybe thats why sheens hasn't used him yet as uf he does stuff personally the whole team will be missing a big piece of the puzzle that they have working on him with

Heighno dummy's to the winger and goes over for a try ..the Umina Bunny!s must have got a nice feed off mum last night..Tim kicks a shocker
36 -12

Willie Mataka has replaced Chris Heighington.

The Sharks got their second try when Talima Tautai offloaded to send Gordon into a hole out wide to race away to score behind the posts. Covell converted the try for a 26-12 scoreline after 65 minutes.

Moltzen got in on the tryscoring when he stepped and turned past three defenders to score near the posts after good lead up work by Farah on the back of a penalty. Moltzen converted his own try for a 32-12 scoreline after 69 minutes.

Wests Tigers were almost in again for their seventh try when Lui hit a gap only for his pass to Brown to be knocked on by a desperate Sharks defender.

Chris Corby came on to replace Mullaney.

A pass by Lui to Ellis saw the international cross the tryline only for referee Robinson to rule no try. Lui did have a hand though in the next try a minute later when the ball was spread left for Heighington to score his second try for a 36-12 scoreline. Moltzen's attempt at goal was wide off the mark.
