That´s how I would see it for next year but this year I´d be inclined to kept him defending in the middle as part of the bench rotation with a few set move trick shots on the edge in attack. Next year when injuries have passed and Stefano is added to the middle permanently plant him on the edge with Garner taking the Laurence/MCK role off the bench.

Gotta let the big fella have a pre season here, Madge is great at getting young forwards going. As much as he’s a big unit he’s never been a huge tackle buster or was whacking people, more like Payne Haas who just has a massive engine and can get through a mountain of work. At least from what I’ve seen of him

He looks like a player who doesn’t want to be at his current club and is being forced to be there. Which bodes well for him being here next year. Give him a pre season with Madge and the guy will be a beast for us.

He was professional and didn’t kick up a stink but it’s hard to be 110% motivated at a club you’re gonna be leaving in about 3 months.

Was scrolling social media today and saw a post from the club with a photo of a player with the caption “Locked in”. I got pumped cos at first glance I thought it was Blore, then realised it was just the Roosters kid 🤬

He's had a severely disruptive 2020. Parramatta are extremely pissed he's been signed from underneath them. They are a top 4 club, if they are upset they've let him go, that's a pretty good indication that he's well rated. Played a couple of 10 minute stints with a what 90 second cameo debut?

Madge has done well identifying talent thus far, I'll give him benefit of the doubt.

They've got until November 1st. Give him a few more games, if he continues on the same trajectory it would be wise to extend for a couple more years.

Players like him don't come around very often.. i'd be very happy to take the risk and lock him up for a few extra years.

It’s a bit premature sure but it’s hard not to get excited about a rookie who basically bullied the form pack of the competition.

I thought he had a great debut, but we all have to be careful not to build the poor guy up too much just yet. He might have an average game this week if named and everyone will be calling for him to be released and that Madge has no idea etc etc. He needs time to learn the ins and outs of playing in the NRL week to week and a solid pre-season under Madge also. Hopefully he can be consistently good.
