so , he has been kicked " upstairs "..Its a waiting game if he stays. They dont want to or cant pay him out, so give him a job he hates and wait for him to leave .
I fully expect to see Tim behind the counter when I go into the Merch shop at Concord next year…

I was suppose to attend the Men in League night in Gladstone , but seeing my young fella was too sick from previous days operation I couldn't attend
Was going with a few friends and one of them won 2 footballs with a list of the 4 greatest coaches and he gave one to our son
As you would expect Bennett,Gould,Warren Ryan and our own Tim Sheens
It is marked Wests Tigers 2003 -current . I found that hilarious that the day Sheens was sacked I get a ball saying he is our current coach

It appears this saga is moving from the sublime to the ridiculous . I was prepared to see a change in coaching ranks, but given that we have effectively broken the rank of players club, and we now have to keep on paying Sheens wages, why cant he have a mentoring coaching role with a Rookie Coach. Surely the dual coaching role could work ala Furner and Bennett with Canberra in 1987 for example. The way its turning out now if Sheens moves upstairs and does not play a part in the development of a rookie coach it will only lead to further years in the wilderness or at least for the next two years, so if we have to keep on paying him at least make him work for it in some way.
The way I see it, we will have difficulty with any new appointment especially if results are average and judging by the lack of tolerance by fans for lack of success early they would be on a hiding to nowhere.

Well it really looks weird his leaving after 10 years at the helm but cant wait to see us a power house next year we still have a strong squad for next year hopfully we find the best coach to take us thru the future.
