I've seen a few people mention this in other threads. That we should sack Madge and replace him for the year with Sheens as Tim is coming on board in an advisor role
Surely this would have to be the ultimate humiliation for the club and board. Going back to the guy we blamed for missing the 8 in 2012, were so desperate to remove, it ended up in court as we couldn't afford to pay him out. Yet here we are now employing him in advisor role, we need him to turn the club around?
If Sheens ended up in the head job, like some are suggesting it would be confirmation the last 10 years was the biggest waste of time.

The last 10 year was a complete waste of time. We haven’t made the finals once

Sheens coming back to the club in an advisor role is a positive move but surely we aren’t stupid enough to put him in as head coach. As you said it just means we’ve been running on a treadmill for 10 years

We are still as soft in defence as when Sheens left, might as well have the attack that goes with it.

Sheens as head coach is completely insane he can't even get a gig in ESL.There is a very good reason he was shown the door 10 years ago.

Tim was always great with the young guys coming through.
Benji, Robbie, Heino, Halatau in the early days...

Ben Roberts said Sheens was a great coach but he couldn't get a crack because he was behind Benji but Sheens really works with the boys.

Then later, Guys like Lawrence, Moltz.

Yeah he made some selections that @TheDaBoss pretends he knows about despite being 7 years old at the time.... but he's always been a good man manager.

Tim Sheens on his own isn't the way...
It's the power circle.

Ben Gardiner - Tim Sheens - Robbie Farah - Brett Kimmorley- John Morris and Madge can be moved onto coaching KOE, hard man tactics to get them ready for grade.

Not saying you are wrong, but your logic is flawed. No one would look back on it being a waste of the last 10 years. It would be seen as the club re-hiring the coach that took them to their first premiership. It won’t happen anyway.

Ummm...look at the scoreboard?

Can't see Sheens taking over, but it does feel like the club knows Madge needs all the help he can get as he is struggling... Tamou seems to know it too

I’m more saying going back to the past is not the answer.

Oi 😂 leave me be

I think we already have confirmation the last decade was a waste. But easy in hindsight.

He is 70 not sure you'd wanna head coaching role anyway.

Weekend At Bernie’s .... with Pascoe in charge of moving Tim’s appendages

It constantly amazes me that the fans still haven’t moved on from sheens and our ex players. the good ol days I suppose.

I guess team list Tuesday will be interesting again

A couple of wingers on the bench as well.

There is a reason the term Sheenius was coined and it’s not because we were winning.

And 90kg backrowers at prop. Scrum moves should be good. You need a good assistant on the witch’s hats though.
