Sheens replacing Madge

We can't replace Madge at the moment, purely for our credibility externally. He has the runs on the board.

The changes would need to be made at CEO level first, before we contemplate the coach. Even if the issue is the coach, he hasn't presided over the hole that we're in. He's desperately trying to dig us out.

I've always been a big backer of Pascoe, but he may need to fall on his sword soon if things don't improve.

Maguire's batting average is in deficit.

Pascoe's average is near Sir Donald's.

We all know who should have fallen on his sword after the debacle last Saturday.

Didn’t realise Sir Donald was suspended for 6 months. Learn something every day.

Pascoe has the WTs firing off field. He's doing a fine job, the one he is paid to do. Pity the same can't be said for Magure. Even greater a pity Maguire can't see this and if his heart is truly for WTs fall on his sword. There is not much left after that debacle.

Who would you replace him with?

That's not a strong counter; that there are no quality coaches to replace him. Move him on and the club will be inundated with quality.
