Sheens talking to Elford ?

During the 20's TV coverage they briefly showed Sheens talking to a couple of people who looked like they were in Tigers official uniforms/ working for the Tiges and one of them looked a lot like Shane Elford.
Anyone know if it was The Elf and if so does he have any official role with the Tiges?
