I don’t think that’s true at all.
Moses would have kept doing what he’s been doing in the shadows.
We only know about this because Richardson told us.
Once the cat was out of the bag, they began agitating.
Richardson doesn't strike me as the person who would be feeding the media with the grievances against his coach and seeing that Moses holds them..

Moses was always going to leak the grievances it was never going to be kept quiet as soon as Dylan Brown signed with Parra - the plan was in motion. Richo got on the front foot because the Moses minions were armed and loaded with the scoop. He had to get in first to protect Benji.
The Moses minnions say tigers released the info - all their fault
So tigers should have stayed quiet while Moses controls the story thru his
minnions
Not on richo’s watch

Can someone straighten me out on this one.

I thought Brent Read was supposed to be pretty close with Richo, what happened for him to be seemingly in the Isaac Moses camp now?

You always need 2 parties(affimative and negative) to form an argument

Richo & Benji need to meet with the senior players and explain that Lachlan is our best 6 at this moment in time. They then need to meet with Lachlan and explain that he’s got his spot as long as his form justifies it.

They then need to put out a media release affirming that he’ll be developed by the Wests Tigers until the end of his contract, unless we receive an adequate player coming our way. No further comment or media conjecture will be entered into.

If Lachy tanks, its back to Magpies.
Maybe this should have happened at the start of last week - before the club issued its media release - before the sh*t storm that followed 🤷‍♂️

Its not as simple as 'gal said no' though

Gal has also launched legal action against the club and basically told team mates to f off...but i suppose we shouldve suspected this might happen after all weve done for him and had a plan in place for that ???

He has lost the trust of his ex team mates...you cannot force that and expect it to magically work on the field once again
As I said should’ve been done better a week ago.
Now everyone is going tit for tat, and it’s becoming untenable. Which just played into Isuk Measles’s hands.
Anyway damage control to continue.

How could we do better not knowing Galvins compiling a shitlist of garbage and their camp wants to take the club to court....how do you foresee this. Its impossible

Galvin has said he has major problems with the coach, he has a huge list of grievances and cant stand being coached by Benji. Benji is apparently damaging his mental health as well as career. How can he possibly stay...he surely wants to leave asap. Untenable relationship.

The only way I see is if Galvin addresses Benji and the playing group with due respect, says he made mistakes and finds a way to heal it. If he wants to stay the next 2 years he will do that. If he doesn't then yeh, gone.

Sounds like it may have been his dad more so than Moses

Well if Galvins dad stormed into the dressing room at half time as suggested in another thread, that should have been a warning sign

Has he? Have we actually heard anyone confirm that he directly addressed the coaching for his lack of interest in staying long term at the club?

Now that we know his old man is off his rocker it's easy to see it's not Lachlan who has kept a diary of grievances against Benji it's his father, man this brings back memories of Damir Dokic what a crackpot that guy was.
I say bring him back in and see if he shows that he wants to play his best football, if not and tanks get rid of him now and pick up some forward/forwards in a swap from involved parties.

I wonder now if Benji’s poignant comments about Lachie and his family about being ‘good people’ were stated to make sure he keeps them onside despite the antics of the father in all this.

who do you think Read would prioritise ? The guy feeding him a lot of leaks for his stories , or Richo who gives nothing away ? It’s interesting to me that Buzz Rothfield has gone the other way ..probably retiring soon and doesn’t care for licking Isaac’s boots anymore

AS IF THIS HAPPENED
and we are only hearing about it now seriously I have met the father and spoken with him numerous times and not once has he mentioned anything about benji, said many times his son wasn’t used to losing which gave myself thoughts he would be looking elsewhere if the Tigers didn’t show improvement this year
(6 rounds not enough time imo)
By us putting the contract in front of him and asking him to make a decision now has brought his decision forward.
Only time will tell if he has made the right call.
In saying that if he is the best option for us in our 17 we should utilise him.
I can see this kid putting in every game just to try and shut people up.

You’ve only got to listen to him speak to understand that he’s a pretty naive kid living out his childhood dream.

His team around him might think they have his best interests at heart, but they have really done him a disservice. All they had to do was entertain the offer and ask for time. They have used it as a ploy to make money at the expense of a kids reputation and development.
