Shuffle Sheens 10 statements for missing the Top 8

I have invented a game. Like the Price is right where you have to put the items in order from least expensive to most expensive. Here you have to shuffle Sheens statements for failure this year from most commented on to least, or not at all.

1\. We didn't have a stable halves pairing (even though I shuffled them 9 times)
2\. We had injuries in key positions (every club does)
3\. I Didn't have Royce to set up the defensive cones in the right place
4\. The refs cost us finals (even though they gifted us a win against Cronulla wrongly)
5\. The origin series was too much to overcome (even though we are affected far less then other clubs)
6\. I forgot to grow my beard so our winning streak failed to materialise
7\. There is no talent in the state cup side to bring into the ranks
8\. Online bingo trading hours extending meant i couldn't decide the team until after 7pm on the Tuesday
9\. The place is stale, we need a change
10\. After 5 misses in 7 years i have to hold my hand up and take responsibility

Although number 10 is the reason nearly everytime,he has never and will never admit it,time to punt the has been,with our squad we never should have been in this situation.
Blaming injuries is a weak excuse,we had 1 injury in the halves all year,and that was a few weeks ago,we have had 9 halves all year,and the 6 and 7 that trained all off season are fit and have been all year,and now he swaps the 6 and 7 around,he has deadset lost the plot.
 
'I'm not going to use injuries and refereeing decisions as an excuse, but they are a reason we missed the finals'

The one about having injuries but not using it as an excuse is a real sheens favourite.
I also get real ticked off when we lose to a side at the bottom of the ladder and sheens pulls out the old "we wanted to win but they had to win".

1\. Poor refs at crucial times cost us
2\. Injuries were brutal
3\. A lack of stability in key positions made it hard to garner up momentum

BUT we won't make any excuses.

I agree with "There are no excuses, but there are reasons" likely to get a trot out

Hahhaa how could I forget the 'we wanted to win but they had to win' whenever we lost a game against a 'desperate team'

Tomorrows game is a prime example of it but with us as the team that 'has to win'

Bet he doesn't trot it out though…

It was a special occasion and they played accordingly, we made mistakes early and played some brain dead football.

So what about next week against the Storm

I have faith that todays 17 can do the job
 
We didn't focus on the ladder and just took each week as it came along, unfortunately we ran out of weeks.

Yeah the guys prepared well each week, but I think we need someone who can focus on the ladder next year, hence my decision to bring Royce back as part of the coaching squad next year.
 
1 Benji and Robbie fight too much all the time for us to work on set moves

2 Rhino won't stop shuffling

3 Beau has become too famous for us to focus on footy

4 Wanted Maurice Blair not Adam Blair

5 Moltzen has all these photos of me dressed in drag so I can't drop him

6 I can't find enough utility players

7 All these players want to play a set position week in week out, how stupid is that

8 Everyone on the Wests Tigers Forum keeps picking on me ,its not fair

9 Woods and Galloway are not trying hard enough and have let us down

10 I think you need to blame the other teams , none of them warned us they might improve and get better and score more points than us and they shouldn't remember our blind side moves that we have been using for 7 years

Thanks for the chuckle Muffstar! I can just see Roycie being brought back for the important task of solely focusing on the ladder - classic!

I had a rethink about Sheens' excuses/reasons - if he brings out the injuries to key players one again, he should be axed immediately. We had worse injury tolls in both 2010 and 2011 and still made top 4! He cannot use it this year.
 
Its been a hard season,injuries,the rep season and bad calls in the end became to big of a hurdle to jump over but 2013 will be a great year with royce back at my side we are in for a boom year so hurry up and buy your memberships before they sell out.

My tip for Sheens, take up base jumping

…... but 2013 will be a rebuilding year ... errrr! or was that 2012 ... errr! with royce back and his building expertise 2013 will be a rebuilding year?
 
Has the guru spoken yet? WHich excuse was top of his list today?

Or did he hide and send in his side kick? Wouldn't surprise me. Koala Bear.
