I don't think he means 'hate' in the literal sense,
It's commonly used as a synonym for criticism...

Well we got rid of the real villains at the club at the same time so I guess we’ll never be able to pinpoint the root cause. I wish Brooksy well at Manly, he had a real dig for the club.Very true. His crabbing towards the touch line
use to shit me up the wall. He use to squeeze
the 3 quarter line & get tackled 5 metres from
touch which generally killed the next play too.
Decent off the cuff player but terrible option
taker. Harsh, but we wasted 10 years with him
thinking he'd come good & be our general smh
May be Craig Laundy and Barry O'Farrell should have a chat - both ex Liberal party members, although State and Federal. I'm sure their paths have crossed.Laundy was actually a tigers fan

He was the whipping boy for fans due to playing in a weak-sub-standard team put together by unqualified decision makers. The fact he’s still a highly paid NRL player while our previous management are unemployable in the game tells you the truth.I don't think the front office has as much impact
on the teams performance & results as the
starting five-eighth does honestly speaking.
The fact he wasn't dropped to reggies once over
a 10 year period tells you all you need to know
about how he got kissed on the dick. I don't wish
ill towards him but I stop short at wanting 2 C
him doing well at another club. I appreciate his
service, but rugby league historians will look back
at our lack of success over the last decade and
not only point out the instability of the club, but
also who was leading us around 4 all those years.
What we did to him was a bit unfair in the sense
that when we lost the 'big 3' he was asked to
do something he wasn't ready to do, and that's
be our general. Only took 10 years to realise
it but here we are. Good luck to him but I'm not
going to sit there and cheer him on that's 4 sure

I will enjoy any success he has at Manly. He’s no superstar but he can play the game.
He never played with Marshall in his prime. I watched him debut at the SCG, they moved Benji into the centres to give him that game, which he dominated. He can definately play, but I couldn't care less
how he goes, especially in sea eagles colours.
A weak sub-standard team for 10 years? You do
realise 100 players were in and out of the team
during his tenure at the club? he had 1 Benjamin
Quentin Marshall playing along side of him &
mentoring him for part of his career too. I get
some of you still love him but let's not whitewash
over the last decade because he's a good boy.
Lol too early for drinking.Ffs stop being a drama queen... 'hate', jesus!
Forget the stats... Open your eyes and.watxh the.game...he needs to keep. Improving and.avoid.2nd.year syndrome
If you need to.wildly exxagerate to make some point I'd say that 'point' is not valid
any deal with Terrell and Taylan includes Tyrone May. pass!Just listened to Bloke in a Bar... Tyrell May.
Will go to any club 'in Sydney' if they take package deal with one or both for 2025!!
Taylan anyone... Solves centre / wing position and aggressive bench prop. Would come reasonably cheap.
Also, great mates with Luia.
Because Payne Hass is the benchmark and is around the same age as him. If someone said let’s swap them I’d take Payne straight awayI don’t get the hate for Stefano.
He’s improving every year and last year was the first year he cemented a starting spot. I mentioned previously statistically he’s at a similar level to AFB at the same age which is elite company.
I’m not sure why people expect him to be Payne Hass level.
Again, Luai choosing us over the Dogs proves this isn’t much of a factor. Also, great mates with Luia.
Payne Haas is also the anomaly & not the standard at that age.Because Payne Hass is the benchmark and is around the same age as him. If someone said let’s swap them I’d take Payne straight away
Same problem with Gus emerged at Penrith in the 90s...I understand from someone who works for the Pub Baron that Gus and his spending habits (with other people's money) are very much on the nose....
We really have no idea how good or bad our outside backs are, they were never given any time and barely any space to do anything cause we didn't have proper halves. The only good game we played last year against the Cowboys To'a looked like an origin centre. Apart from that they looked lost. Once we get a settled halves pairing who aren't incompetent we should have a much better gauge on where we're really at with them all.Very true. His crabbing towards the touch line
use to shit me up the wall. He use to squeeze
the 3 quarter line & get tackled 5 metres from
touch which generally killed the next play too.

Now that Laundys all over the dogs, we need to be hitting up Jaycar for sponsorship. Jaycars owner is a Tigers tragic.May be Craig Laundy and Barry O'Farrell should have a chat - both ex Liberal party members, although State and Federal. I'm sure their paths have crossed.
Laundy was actually a West Harbour Supporter as well opened up the new Gym at Concord Oval in 2018 and I believe the family provided some financial support for the club as well
Worth Barry giving Laundy a call I think - not sure if there would be any issues with Wests Ashfield (conflict on interests that is)
Why they didn't do the medical before the signing announcement is bizarre. It's like watching our old management at work...Looks like Volkman has failed his Dragons medical.
He basically admitted if Benji wasn’t here he was gonna sign with the Dogs to be with his mates. Dogs weren’t that far off from getting him we were just lucky to have Benji.Again, Luai choosing us over the Dogs proves this isn’t much of a factor.
Right. The bond he formed with Benji trumped his mates. Proving playing with mates isn’t the be all, end all.He basically admitted if Benji wasn’t here he was gonna sign with the Dogs to be with his mates. Dogs weren’t that far off from getting him we were just lucky to have Benji.
