Unfortunately there is no possibility of getting Lomax he is rated the best back at STI by the people that matter.They are just taking time with him much to the annoyance of their supporters who want the instant fix to their backline.

Was Folau officially kicked out by ARU Friday? If so, I still think Sharks are the most likely NRL team to pick him up if so. He wouldn't go to Wests even if we pursued him hard.

I've always thought of Newcastle as a similar team to us. Hard-working toilers, underdogs, etc.
Even though they do make some flop signings (SKD, Moga, etc), its really frustrating to see how much more talent they attract compared to us. Watching Klemmer and Ramien run around for them while losing makes you think why we never made a play for them. We're heaps better than Newcastle

We do need a fast left centre to compliment Marsters on the right. All the pressure is on Marsters as non of our current left centres (I don't include MCK - utility) lack genuine pace. Whether Dylan Smith is an option I don't know but this needs urgent attention.

Dogs are in the same situation we were a few years ago he may have to leave.

True, but Klemmer also said he wanted / needed to get out of Sydney for family reasons. Locality wise WT had no chance.
