We then have 1 spot left in the cap. Ideally we need a backrower but I'd say unlikely something falls out of the tree for this year, but it's not impossible.

So we need some spare cash for whoever fills the top 30 spot as there is a minimum wage.

What's left... Well that's what we can offer Galvin for this year, he's on $250K. I would hope we can up that to $500K plus & for 2026 he's on $350K, we have more room in the 2026 cap, so let's say $750K. Then we want 2027 & 2028 locked in no options at $850K.

Heard a decent whisper yesterday To'o is close to signing on for 2026. Has options in his contract for the remaining 2 years and not happy with the money. Penrith have no cap left and can't afford to pay him anything other than minimum for his tier.

Looks really good. Need a bit more centre depth for 2026 and depending on how Makasini hits the ground running, could be the 3. option with Turuva / Skelton on the wing. Gives Laulilli some time to develop as well.

I don't blame people for being skeptical as this rumour has been doing the rounds for months. Because of that fact, I am skeptical myself. Let's hope the guy I talked to is on the money this time.

Manager will want him to wait till end of 25 knowing him if he plays out of his skin rival offers of 1.1 mil x 5 years 27 onwards could be offered if its money he wants let's hope that's not the case and he stays for less because of mateship and our finals probability moving forward.
