Could be good info. Some of these content creators do get info from players.

In terms of takes and knowledge really don't rate 'Guru', the guy doesn't have much of an idea at all. He is the old "stay one lesson ahead of the kids" teacher analogy. I remember when Da Silva was making his debut he said on a podcast that he was a gun fullback and knew nothing about him. Same with a few other players over the years. Other than the Roosters, he really knows nothing about the lower grades. Also heard from people who have meet him that he loves talking himself up, which is strange in itself.

However. there are some other really good social media pages and creators that have god insights to the juniors like "theshortball" on Instagram and for West Tigers juniors, NBWT on Twitter/X.

Luai should remove the “get out” clause from his contract say for 2027 at least to stop the media speculating about it… would immediately shut down this rubbish …

Probably won’t happen though because he will want more money..from us or elsewhere

I believe we will lose TDS come end of 2026 if not sooner. There are already 6 .. if not more clubs that are lining up to secure his signature. The way contracts for players are going TDS could becoming the richest number 9 in the game come the end of the 2026 season.

Wasn't the delay in the Klemmer release the Dragons being unable to move Molo and create a top 30 vacancy? If Lawrie was to come to WTs, it would have been a straight swap of Top 30 positions. Lawrie would be a backward step for WTs. We are making very smart recruitment and retention decisions so let's keep going that way.

Why would our club release TDS early from his contract? We also have Galvin for another 2 years. Richardson will not release some of our best young starts so other clubs can benefit.

media saying the Molo move has stalled over argument of how he will repay the money saints paid forward. So maybe the swap is so they can free up a spot immediately.

not much chance he gets paid more than Grant from beginning of 2027;…

Probably the other 15 teams might like TDS …but that doesn’t mean that he is definitely leaving …why are the Tigers going to be outbid in trying to keep these spine guys ? Who else are they going to be spending the money on instead ? Turuva and Hunt perhaps ? No chance…. Have you see the Storm’s spine that they manage to pay for every year?
