I love that.
He mentioned a club with Salary cap trouble surely that’s indicating Newcastle with the Brown and Ponga deals.
Also Brisbane would be suffering a similar fate next year. I have a sneaky feeling we may be in for Adam Reynolds.

Why? If we've got KPP and Fainu playing 80 minutes each, Seyfarth maybe gets on the bench as injury cover, but with Bird already on the bench that doesn't seem necessary.

Seyfarth a very good bloke to have as injury depth in your 18-30

I'm not a Reynolds fan - great front runner but never the stand up guy when you need him to lift - gets hurt looks mentally lost.
Great kicking game but one year at most for me - and will be shocked anyway if he chose to finish his career at a club at the bottom of the ladder.
DCE on the other hand - also don't think we are the destination that he is looking for

Seyfarth is very underrated and continues to evolve as a player. While Seyfarth provides the high work rate, KPP provides the x factor. The damage KPP did late in the second half when he actually received the ball was great to watch and reminded me of some of excellent ball playing forwards of the past. Imagine him working off our halves and creating opportunities for Toa and Turuva on the right. The Knights' halves were not good.

I'm not convinced of his ability to play injury-free but he has without a doubt one of the best general play kicking games and goal-kicking records in the history of the game. He could teach Fainu a lot if he came here. Would also allow for Fainu to play off the bench, which has been pretty good for use this year, and get him ready to take over..

Would not surprise if we land one of Reynolds or DCE on good money for one season with asst coaching role after that. Latu to basically become the protege & play off bench for next season.

KPP - I reckon Benji can see him flourishing in our side playing off Latu or 1 of above.

No to Bullemore for the single reason of being of Moses client. Will either stay at Manly or go to Parra.

Kobe Hetherington - we were into him in off-season so nothing changes. We can offer more $$$ than Brisbane & greater playing time and opportunity to use his ballskills more. His energy, tenacity & defence-first attitude would bring so much value to our team.

Smokeys for lock instead of Hetherington could be Adam Elliott or Kaide Ellis from Wigan (ex Panther).

The way Richo mentioned clubs with Salary Cap issues tells me there will probably be at least 1 player who is not off contract with his current club that will get moved on and end up in Tigers colours.

Really need a 2nd rower with some x factor.

It would be interesting to learn if any of these players could be made available by 30 June 25. If there are salary cap constraints at those clubs perhaps it is a possibility?

I fully admit I'm far from an expert on roster management. And in 40 yrs I have picked players to boom who have bombed and visa versa.
But for the life of me I can't see the fascination with KPP.
Reynolds rumour has me in 2 minds. Sure he would be a potential coach for young halves but he would be on massive money and is a certainty to miss games from injury.

Richo told James Graham on The Bye Round podcast the club has announcements (plural) on external signings in the next 2-3 weeks. About 53-min mark.

Yes, I decided to watch it even though I believe Graham is a dribbler and took particular note of that comment by Richo.

Can't wait to see what comes about because I think if Richo said it, then there is a fair chance that something may actually happen unlike some of the Nostradamus type predictions and wishes that pop up on the "signings, suggestions and rumours thread."

Hope Richo got out of there with his ear intact after Graham had been chewing in it for over an hour. One thing that I did like is that Graham constantly interrupts and tries to talk over you, doesn't work with Richo.

Richo appeared to be in charge the whole time and did not let Graham's hate of the Wests Tigers take over.

He wanted a top 30 contract and wasn't going to get game time. He got offered top 30 by Manly, so you can't really hold them back.

I’ve never really watched Tyrone but would he be able to play lock. We’ve put Latu there with good results and Tyrone is older and you’d expect his body to be able to handle it better

I'll do my best with your KPP comment. He is 6ft 6inches, is mobile and can unload a ball in traffic. He is a great athlete, and his build is unique especially if he lands at WTs. We know he is relatively inexperienced; the team are not familiar with his game and therefore don't know how to use him to their advantage. Their halves are not playing well so he doesn't get ball except in the last few minutes of that game when he created a try and nearly a second. I believe he has great potential and would fit in with the profile of player we want at WTs.

You used to hear about players being released for a better opportunity to make first grade when paths were blocked.
This was good for the player aswell as the club perception
Now all we hear is player x has signed and needs an early release
