i like it , Reynolds can spend 1/2 the games at home resting up , just need him enough to make the 8. Valued at what last contract 600 LOL , we can get him for 400 , travel 50% ratio on the ladder and he spends time with his family ,Cameo appearance during the Semi 's

Wests Tigers are believed to be eying off a move for St George Illawarra youngster Jonah Glover as they prepare for life without teenager superstar Lachlan Galvin.

Glover has been one of the stars for the Dragons in NSW Cup this season but he hasn’t been able to crack it for an NRL debut, coach Shane Flanagan opting instead for Lyhkan King-Togia when he made the decision to drop halfback Lachlan Ilias a few weeks ago.

Glover can’t do much more. Through 10 appearances in the NSW Cup, the 22-year-old has recorded 11 try assists and nine line break assists. The Dragons have won seven of those games and Glover has been a large part of their success.

It appears he has caught the eye of the Tigers in the process as they prepare for the imminent departure of Galvin, who is expected to leave the club in coming weeks.

Glover is on a development contract with the Dragons this season and is yet to agree a deal for 2026, meaning he is free to do what he wants at season’s end.

don't think that was Richo saying that. Bennet , Bellemy had a motto. If it wasn't fo rBenny Ellias ,we may have got Bellamy and his talent scout , back in the day

How many years did Harry Grant do in lower grades / loan deals, etc. to learn his craft. Now he’s the best 9 in the game. TDS should pay heed. He’s not a first pick NRL hooker yet and is probably at least 2 seasons away from being one week in week out, 80 minutes. Check the ages that most number 9s became regular first graders and I think you will find very few at TDS’ age. Reece Robson was 22 before he became a regular first grader for NQLD. Api was 22/23, Damian Cook was 25 before he got a regular NRL start. So three recent / current SOO elite level hookers who were about the same age as TDS will be in 2027/28 before they were regular, starting NRL hookers.
 
If Adam Reynolds comes here, it won't be as a backup....

I'm a fan of Latu but he's not even 20, a year of reserve grade just getting through 80 minutes every week would do him wonder.

No doubt he would still play first grade throughout the year anyway

Would be great business from the club

And what’s the plan for Reynolds ? Turns 35 in July… I would definitely prefer to see what Latu and Jerome can build

Yeah I get it with Latu… we still don’t even know what we have with him …he might have some ability if he can stay on the field … if Reyno wants to come here as depth for a year or two on $450 a year and mentor Latu I could live with it ..Im assuming Bud is gone now freeing up some cash

As if we’re looking to replace Galvin with the 4th choice half from the team with the worst halves in the comp.

Maybe we’d be looking for a NSW Cup half but that’s it.

I think it is Reynolds trying to get Broncos to lift their game and offer him a deal. He stated that his family is settled in Brisbane and that Brisbane is home. I dont expect him to be with us next year.
