I’m not usually impatient but honestly Richo needs to sign some male players for the first grade team.
We’ve lost Bud, Bateman, Klemmer, Olam, Galvin and haven’t replaced any of them.
I have concerns over Benji’s coaching but he needs a full squad. Do we just have no money?

By money do you mean cap space? If so we have plenty. $1m alone was going to go to Galvin and didn’t.
It’s starting to be a worry. Surely we don’t just “upgrade” from within. Besides Mason, no one is worthy.
If for some strange reason the signings he meant incoming were NRLW that is shocking form, dangling the carrot to desperate Tigers fans of some sort of hope coming.
We need to ink some deals while we are still semi-relevant. There’s a big chance we nose dive from here and no one will want to come (even more so than now)

I don’t think we’re the laughing stock we once were in the players minds, going off who we’ve recruited lately.
I think the problem is mainly the very baron market . There’s just no players of quality that would really move the needle. I think they’ll eventuate but probably not for this season.

If Kikau was a chance you would push some chips in.
A section 10 order allows a court to find someone guilty of an alleged crime but not record a criminal record or conviction for the charge
And the DV charge was withdrawn. So he has nothing to answer for.
There would be heaps of guys playing 1st grade with actual criminal records and not just a poor reputation.

Mate you can't just add extra clauses that hold the guy to a different behavioural standard than everyone else because you want to "keep him on a tight leash". Whatever that means.
What clause do you want to include exactly? Perhaps expand on it a little?

You don’t need to anyway . The standards are there for everyone . If he’s gonna mess up to then you need to get rid of him , those standards will be enough .
If you’re that positive he’s going to breach standards and be a massive disruptor , you honestly can’t sign him .
Because if you think Terrell is upset now we didn’t sign his brother , how do you reckon he would feel if we sacked him .
There’s far more chance of a huge fallout .

I think everyone agrees that we need to sign a few more players asap, but i'm happy to see that the club is not throwing cash at any old player for the sake of it (for a change).
I'm not sure Kaufusi has another year of footy in him (and I hate his thuggery that he got away with his entire career at Melbourne) but he is one of the best edge defenders there is when it comes to reading a play and communicating with those outside him how they should react.
He could definitely teach our edges a few things about defence. I'd try to get him in the building in some capacity. Defensive consultant to work alongside both Morris and Marshall would be ideal but if it is as a player so be it.
What's May ever won?
In Harold Matts it was Mason who was 5/8 when Galvin was second row but the point stands
