Mestrov is a CEO, Fulton is a recruitment manager.Yet Mestrov is better than Fulton. Debenture = DB ( acronym )
The very different roles.
No chance Mestrov ends up at Wests Tigers, so we won’t have to worry about him being a good or bad CEO.

The way I read it the recruitment was a shared effort between the both of them - they’ve both spoken about how they worked well together. We were making excellent strides too, before all this unnecessary rubbish.Benji was the reason the majority of the players signed or re-signed.
As Chammas pointed out, the players themselves have been quoted stating Benji as the main reason they signed rice-signed.
He’s correct Scott Fulton got us 3 of the top 10 players in our team.you always state you know nothing about football operations ,spout life philosophy's when asked , now your an expert
F no Schuster might have brothers.short term contact to get us another set of bros
I’m not denying he obviously played some part in the contract negotiations, but everything points to Benji as being the ones the players were attracted to, except for Galvin and TDS.The way I read it the recruitment was a shared effort between the both of them - they’ve both spoken about how they worked well together. I know several players have publicly backed Benji (Luai & Api) but having Richo in the negotiations would have helped.
I don’t care what system we have if it’s working (I think it was). Richo said you don’t need a committee. He gets the players the coach wants cos it’s his job on the line.I’m not denying he obviously played some part in the contract negotiations, but everything points to Benji as being the ones the players were attracted to, except for Galvin and TDS.
All other clubs have a recruitment manager and a salary cap manager, we have neither.
That’s one way to look at it, but all the other NRL clubs choose to have a recruitment manager and a salary cap manager.I don’t care what system we have if it’s working (I think it was). Richo said you don’t need a committee. He gets the players the coach wants cos it’s his job on the line.
Does HBG budget for those roles? That’s one way to look at it, but all the other NRL clubs choose to have a recruitment manager and a salary cap manager.
There must be some reason behind their way of thinking.
Richo has had success at four or five clubs. I think Gallant was being brought along to do recruitment for those average type players but Richo & Benji would do the marquee guys. I guess every club would slightly be different depending on people skills. That’s one way to look at it, but all the other NRL clubs choose to have a recruitment manager and a salary cap manager.

what r u clucking about. Its debatable ,but ,best OZ movie ever .Your getting confused with the character out of the movie Bad Boy Bubby (your a weirdo kid)
No idea, but whoever is paying the wages now has an extra million dollars per season to spend with Richo’s departure.Does HBG budget for those roles?
It was one of Richo’s big selling points that he doesn’t need those additional roles. He did a pod with Graham and talked about how he has a finance and recruiting background in all his jobs. That’s one way to look at it, but all the other NRL clubs choose to have a recruitment manager and a salary cap manager.

potentiallyHe’s correct Scott Fulton got us 3 of the top 10 players in our team.
Yes I know and that’s my point, he chose to take on various roles. It was one of Richo’s big selling points that he doesn’t need those additional roles. He did a pod with Graham and talked about how he has a finance and recruiting background in all his jobs.
The chicken shut him up hey, guy was really annoying.what r u clucking about. Its debatable ,but ,best OZ movie ever .
Pop did a rooster scratch on my today - we were both bludging free wi fi ,
Water was lapping on the shore, listening to a podcast .
Deaf shouting Pop on his phone parked 3 mtrs behind me ,went full rooster , chest out , arms back ,right leg uncontrollable scratchin
When i impolitely told him to move on .
Post the chicken vid again LOL
I assume that was a strategy for a crisis (3 spoons) and roster management would have changed over time.Yes I know and that’s my point, he chose to take on various roles.
Even someone as egotistical is Gus Gould has people in each specialist role.
A contract signed off by a board now terminated by a board? Great business lolNo idea, but whoever is paying the wages now has an extra million dollars per season to spend with Richo’s departure.
Then again his 1.5 million payout will probably eat into that.
can you base any facts around your statement , ive 1/2 a memory ,while fulton was trying to load us up on Shuster ,Benjie was all in for the young guy , if he is 1 , who are the other 2 future top 10 players fulton recruited. Did you,do you still rate fulton as a above garden variety recruitment managerHe’s correct Scott Fulton got us 3 of the top 10 players in our team.
They say who would be attracted to work in the Wests Tigers football department.A contract signed off by a board now terminated by a board? Great business lol
