Signings, Suggestions & Rumours Discussion

Everyone saying we need to rush to sign people are sh1tting the bed. That's Pascoe talk. We're supposed to be a development club remember? The worst moments in our Club's history have come when we think we are loaded and start handing out big deals too quickly.

The best way to exist in the player market for our club is to remain reactive, and to wait for the great deals to pop out from other clubs over-extending themselves.

If we forgo salary-cap structure in desperation to win the battle to keep players or change the perception of our club, we will be back in the swamp again. This is the moment you want richo running things the most.

We can sit back till November, there’s no rush. We do need to replace him though. Anyone who thinks Madden is the replacement because he’s had two or three games is delusional.
