A lot on here don't like Paul Gallen due to his 'mongrel @balmain-boy.

I know nothing about him, but to me, he sounds like the sort of player along with a firing Russell Packer, that we need to give our forwards some much needed go forward :facepunch: ..:fa-smile-o: .

I feel this should also apply to Ryan Matterson. If he ain't happy here for whatever reason, we just gotta let him go.

Still a bit of a gap in talent between the two imo.

A bit? MASSIVE gap.

However, I would really like Capewell to replace Lawry. I feel bad for saying it..Lawry is a legend etc etc...but Capewell is basically a younger, faster, more reliable, Lawry***

I thought it was Laurie Nichols he was referring too but he has been long gone... it's Lawrence (Rowdy) lol - got me thinking really towards Laurie because of the "hands of stone" - shadow boxing :joy:

and Capewell to be the new shadow boxer and had to google him coz I thought that he is a retired league player - goes to show I don't care much about other teams unless the player is going to play for our club WT

I don't even know why I thought of him coz fans or fanatics don't get signed do they? lol

East Campbelltown said it will not affect their juniors who will still come through the WT junior development programme. Seems like Curtis has an axe to grind and was all too keen to write a story kicking some skulls without researching all the facts.

You are a committed WTs fan so no doubt while you believe we should let him go, for the competitiveness of the Club a trade of players/cash needs to take place. You would agree the manner in which Matterson and his mgmt. have gone about this has been unprofessional.

It's just playing the game as per the rules that the players and their managers play by. If they act with respect and decency then you do the right thing as well. A good example of this is Marsters. When you act like Matterson and his managers have acted you have to ensure that a good outcome is achieved for the club.

I mentioned this guy is nothing but a blogger with an extreme pro Campbelltown agenda. Some still take him seriously. He's an amateur and will have burnt some bridges and no doubt made covering juniors even harder as no one will trust him.
