@WT2K Very good young prospect this prop. An aggressive boy that does not shy away from contact and not a lazy defender with a good work rate.

@happy_tiger signing middle of the range players is the reason we have been in mediocrity for so long . The difference between young up and comer and average first grader is in this day and age limited .
It has to be 2 top of the line players who are assured to move the needle .
Then ,as it appears Madge agrees, sign diamonds in the rough or young guys with potential .

First hit up, breaks line. I like it.

BIg and mobile = 🙂

We need to buy some other guys to save money for the big fish. Abbey is fine. A good signing, saves money for others. If there's no others, then worry.

There’s always someone complaining about any signing that the club makes ..... so this is no different.
For mine good backup low cost signing that may prove valuable and if not than we don’t loose much.

@teddy23 His strength his the long-distance kicking that he possesses as well as an amazing long-distance field goal boot. But my thing against him is a medical reason. I have been curious as to his physique and he reminds me a lot of a person who suffers "swayback" or severe curvature of the spine. It is often caused through laziness in posture common in teenagers who couldn't give an F! LM has clearly very weak stomach muscles as per his growing pot belly not dissimilar to Andrew Fifita who also has swayback and is suffering severe knee problems of late. Performing the Goanna celebration a la Inglis could be detrimental as well. So whilst this might seem a strange and lighthearted observation I really can't see his body being as potent in the years to come - you only have one spine and if it has deteriorated at 22 it won't get better at 25 or beyond. It's a NO from me.
Dr Leichhardttiger, Bandaids are my Specialty!

Whilst I know nothing about "swayback" I see a big guy thats supposedly a fullback for the money he's asking. Maybe he's too big to be a fullback long term. How do you keep the weight off? I want to believe - it's a toss of the coin.

Well this sounds like a Tigers day.. We release Marsters and Matterson and sign Abby ... Unfortunately its no surprise for me as this is just the norm. :rage: :rage:
I know its more for reserve grade but the longer this rubbish goes on the less likely we sign anyone decent.. WE are just bottom feeders and its driving me nuts..

I don’t even know who Brad Abbey is!

Do we have an ignore or mute button yet? If really like this forum if i could remove some people from the feed
