Aight so end of the week and no announcement. Sorry folks. But I stand by the fact that it's a done deal. I believe they are ironing out the details on the PR and media side of things with the Roosters who will get to announce his release first but I believe the deal was actually done several days ago. For the source to be wrong on this it would mean that the deal was so over the line that stakeholders and sponsors were informed that it was and it still turned out wrong. That'd mean an eleventh hour change of heart. That's the only potential outlier here and I am totally speculating that it's even possible.

This same source tipped me off about Pascoe getting in trouble literally months before it happened.

Signings are not normally announced over the weekend.
 
Our recruitment microscope is focussing well under Maguire - Sami is the best winger in the game, Gives 100%, fights in every tackle and has speed to burn! I don’t believe he was ever leaving the Gold Coast but at least we gained him a pay rise, the revelation that we pitched hard for him gives me confidence that we identifying the right talent.
Watch out for the sleaze bag Bulldogs to be working behind the scenes to be securing Latrell Mitchel, just as they did to get Dallin - as soon as they ruled themselves out of the chase for Latrell you know they are working behind the scenes - no stories of road trips, just communicating via the Maxwell Smart shoe phone.

@TonyTiger the worst is the eels . They literally cause crap at other clubs to get the players they want . Blake , RCG , Moses , Mats , they all , all of a sudden had mental health issues , which like I’ve said previously can only be fixed by a pay rise and extension at the eels .
