I have seen Liddle play 38 NRL games - Walters has played, what 40 minutes and a trial. Walters is a proven talent though and Liddle is unproven, yeah! right.

Did I say Walters is proven talent??? Don't think so, you said that. I said Liddle is still unproven to me (how many of these 38 NRL games did he start in hooker when the forwards are at their most powerful?). I said Walters IMO is the best hooking option we have ATM.

Answer me this. When Liddle is fit for FG again, how confident will you be that he will last in the middle with the big boppers?

You can talk semantics all you want. Big difference in reference to prove and proven. You said Walters was 'proven' sarcastically, I said hes done enough to prove to me he is our best option "ATM". Sorry if my post upset you as you obviously like Liddle as a player. My point is, I think Walters is our best hooking option ATM. Liddle is injured and won't be back for a while.

Good point.

I know there's players that have come into regular fg early. but majority play out wide or at the back. The engine room is much harder on an under developed player . It's not necessarily about skill.

JAC, David Fifita and Tedesco obviously all great players but will be extremely hard to get to the club.

Here’s a few signings I want @Geo

Honestly think Cotric is the guy to be going for at the moment, off contract and a very good winger/centre with pace height and strength.

Ronaldo Mulitalo Is another great prospect with plenty of pace and aggression on the wing, think he’s a future star

Young prop Sean Keppie from manly is a unit and an absolute workhorse who would massively add to our forward pack with his ability. Played his second game in a finals eliminater and did really well. Future origin player

Cameron Murray would be another difficult one to sign but he’s a classy player. Goes great at lock and could go well at second row too. Top quality forward.

Emre Guler is another really solid prop who would improve our pack and wouldn’t bust the bank to sign him.

Mulitalo for sure. And we'd get him cheap because the Sharks can't afford to upgrade him.

Ok guys lets look at this from outside the square....this is my opinion only ...Simpkins,Walters and Grant are very,very good talent ATM...Liddle is injured and although many say he is injury prone are quite right,however he was perceived as the replacement for Farah,the young fella was sent in a bit to early because of the wraps on him...Tedesco rings a bell and he had a massive injury after 20 minutes in FG..Liddle must be given the chance after this last injury because it was one of those injuries that are collateral damage from his own teammate..
He has played excellent footy for us when out on the field and fit...I personally think he is still a fair way ahead of the other 3 mentioned as far as NRL experience goes and once fit should really show us his true talent and justify the hype surrounding him..
