Not having a go at you Frullens but it seems the forum is determined to find a round hole for this square peg. So far Talua is a 13, 6, 4, 5 despite the fact that he has not excelled at his time so far at 4 & 5.

Yeah fair call, most of it is I've been wishing him to succeed and want him to find his spot.

But, the other reason is I'd really like a Victor Radley, Cam Murray type player at lock, rather than Twal or Huth. (See how went went when Harry moved to lock)

We have about 6 players who can play 5/8, and only one can. Im told he has great ball skills which arent being used on the wing. I looked it up and he's bigger than both Radley and Murray.

It's a question of can he defend in the middle and does he have the motor and determination to chase everything in defence and attack.

I think our best bet is Sam Mac.

That was for a loan deal but yes you’re right, Madge must like him.

That was for a loan deal but yes you’re right, Madge must like him.

I had a feeling it was a loan deal but couldn't remember.

Sadly we do more chasing than actual signing. I’ve never seen a club have so much trouble getting the top players (in their prime) to actually finalise a deal with us, it’s like pulling teeth.

Sadly we do more chasing than actual signing. I’ve never seen a club have so much trouble getting the top players (in their prime) to actually finalise a deal with us, it’s like pulling teeth.

Tristan Sailor is extremely talented and could be a solid NRL player. The problem is I believe he still needs one more year to develop. I don't think we can accommodate that considering our position and other players in the squad needing game time. Would be a good fit for Manly or Canterbury.
