Matt Eisenhuth also signed with Penrith.... Ivan really picking up all our rejects. Two players and a coach

Really though it’s a good pickup for them, Eiso had a good year and is a solid depth pickup for them, happy he found a club to play at

Good luck for the Huth. Good on him.

. . . so just to make sure I have this clear . . . . one can make sweeping racist generalisations, clearly identifying the race they are slandering, but when I make the ironic mirrored retort, I can't say gay.
The funny thing is that I only made that comments to highlight the intolerance and double standards, and right on cue, Canterbury is Lebanese, but homosexuals are now basket weavers.
Brilliant. You gotta love woke.
Oh, btw . . I'm not Lebanese, or gay. Not that there's anything wrong with that.

huth to the panthers.....

Penrith Panthers is delighted to announce the signing of forward Matt Eisenhuth on a two-year deal.

The 28-year-old has returned to Panthers until at least the end of 2022 following five seasons and 70 NRL games with Wests Tigers.

“I’m so grateful to be back in Panthers colours and can’t wait to get started,” Eisenhuth said.

“I’ll never forget how well this club looked after me when I was last here. I’m fortunate to now be in the position to pay the club back.

“Playing against the Panthers and watching them in the Finals this year, I know they’ve got something special going on and I’m excited to be a part of it.

“I left Panthers as a reserve grade footy player, developed myself at another club and now I’m coming back with full confidence in my abilities as a first grader and a leader.”

A former Australian Schoolboys representative, Eisenhuth was a member of the Panthers’ NSW Cup squad in 2014 and 2015.

His time at the club was unfortunately headlined by a number of injuries and the discovery of a tumour in his leg.

“In Matt’s previous stint at Panthers, he faced significant injury challenges and a cancer diagnosis that caught everyone by surprise,” Panthers General Manager Rugby League Matt Cameron said.

“The way he approached and overcame those setbacks to forge an NRL career is testament to his commitment and strength of character.

“Matt now returns to our club as an experienced NRL forward who is able to play a number of roles and big minutes if required.

“We believe he’ll be a valuable asset for the Panthers forward pack that delivered us so much success in 2020.”

So essentially we swapped him forTamou. I like the Huth, but we definitely got the better of that deal.

Very similar players IMO but Tamou brings a history of winning and playing in Sept.

Ch10 just ran the story of the young player Grant Cook from the Murwillumbah Mustangs who died on the field from head injury. If this is an ongoing issue for a player, there is really only one option. It is very sad for his partner and family.

Penrith signed Rob Jennings Hahahahahaha Hahahahahaha

Godspeed Roberto.

Having the words speed and Jennings in the same sentence is the definition of an oxymoron.

We’ll also learn if it’s the club set up, if Eiso plays well and Tamou does not.

I hope I’m wrong but we have a habit of making seemingly good signings look very ordinary.
