I’d do some bad things for a signing rumour right now. Someone make something up so I can run with it for the next week ?

Here is a rumour then Mitchell Pearce in 2022.
He has done bad thinks as well... lol

I’ll take any rumour, now I have something to fume about ?

I've just skipped 10 pages and people are still waffling on about Jason Taylor. I hate the off season.

As much as I hate the off season, I have to say that this off season has been much better than most that I can recall.

Just feeling a much more positive vibe than usual.

Hope this is not setting me up for a huge disappointment.

Don't even joke about this please. Hooper is always watching... :eyes:

Let him watch he will get lots of bad scoops from here, and i rarely listen to what the Jorno's write or speak about in relation to our club, all i know is we are moving forward now with less rumours being leaked and that's a good thing.

We only need to finish better than 11th.....
If you go with this expectation in 2021 you will feel positive.
Agree this off season so far has been the best in many years with spending our cap space wisely, well done WT team.

There is a problem with my quoting system, I don’t have the option to quote.

But, I disagree on the Potter note. Out of all our sacked coaches, he was the best one. He had our side clicking, Tedesco/Brooks were on fire. He had a bad run with injuries which resulted in us dropping out of the 8 in one season, the other was riddled by Farah sega before the biggest game of our season. He unfortunately had to deal with the ego’s within our side that we somehow cannot get rid of.

Of all the coaches, I felt sorry for Mick Potter the most. (maybe Wayne Pearce as well)

As Milky and some others have said, he had no budget and bugger all say in the team, but I thought he did a pretty good job with what he had, which wasn't much.

He had the balls to bench Benji and it was pretty obvious that there no love lost between him and Grant Mayer. (what a piece of work he was)

Remember Mayer sitting in the coaching box giving Potter grief - what CEO does that?

Very unprofessional on his part and saw him as nothing but a snake oil salesman who promised the world and delivered nothing.

Was glad to see the back of him and just for the record, I don't think Potter was sacked, just didn't have his contract renewed for what it's worth.

I think all the mess falls on the board of the joint venture.
Don't forget they were split for years and factions within the board were white anting each other.
I can recall that JT was hired at the behest of the West side of the board who complained constantly about not getting a say in football operations.

Thats all behind us I hope.

I remember big Darryl Eastlake commenting on a SOO “Pearce off” and that’s my thoughts about Mitch.

Twal looks like he been in the gym, his arms are massive.

As long as he's not 'built like Tarzan: plays like Jane'.
He needs to produce this year, last season was very disappointing after a great 2019 from him.

Joseph Ratuvakacereivalu has joined the Redcliffe Dolphins...damn ..there goes the butchering of his name..

Yes, his contract wasn’t renewed.

But please, these coaches took the job on knowing what was available. Dropping your best player as a nevil nobody coach isn’t the best way to success, imo. They were unknown in the NRL except JT who got punted by Souths.

Going back to the bad old days, as a fan, who remembers who said what?

Goes without saying that if you say something against Jason Taylor you get random negative reps.

So Wests Tigers Forum

I will back you to the hilt, JT is the worse coach we have had.

Did you black out and forget the Terry Lamb years? JT was a much better head coach.

I stand by my comments, that’s high low I rate JT

Serious? He was injured a fair bit of the season.

Apart from his injuries, when he was on the park he didn't seem a shadow of the 2019 version.
Hopefully he has a huge year this year.

He started 2020 on fire, they were talking about him being a smokey for the Blues 13. He injured his sternum and really struggled to reclaim that form, didn't help that they rushed him back and he reinjured it in the first game plus had knee issues. He will be back to his best this year. Our forwards are going to belt people.
