I would be very surprised if so.

We have just over 600k to spend. For half a season's with that's elite origin player money.

We could sign a top player and pay a transfer fee if necessary.

Will use the money to free up more space in the cap for the next couple of years if we can't find anyone for this year. I think the most likely outcome is internal upgrades unless Hastings or Gildart get a release.
