Ok so who can we target next if TPJ go's elsewhere? Surely we can enquire about Tariq Sims or Fitzgibbon from the knights or Sau, probably the best we can attract atm.

If we decide that we will not pay overs and invest in our juniors, or find talent that's second string at their clubs, fair enough but we need to surround them with better players then numpties like Tamou.
Finucane would be ideal. Preparation and experience. What's 50-100k more per season for the 1000 finals and grand finals he's been in. Sign him for 2 years, 1 more in his favour then put him on the staff. The way he plays would do wonders for our squad who just turn up half the time to pick up their cheque.

They're in a position similar to the broncos where they have a lot of QLD cup to pick from...

We've been making some moves in this scene too signing up and comers, Jake Simpkin, Reece Hoffman and Pauga.

Maybe we should align a pathway from QLD cup to the Tigers NRL squad, despite it being a state away.

Nicho Hynes, Scott Drinkwater, a lot of their depth cut their teeth in that comp....

Our cup team is good but yeah, Hartigan seems to cast his gaze across the world for recruitment.. let's tighten things up and get a QLD link since we aren't down with Keebra.

We've had some of our juniors such as Del Hoeter, Kurtis Rowe, and many others join Q cup teams... why strengthen them with nothing in return?

I am amazed at the hate thrown at ex tigers players, who were very good, and far better then what we have. I still enjoy watching them play, as well as many players from other teams , To many are cutting off their noses , to spite their faces.

I think he rejected the WT in 2000 or 2001, and we signed Sheens instead.

We’ll find out. He’s a local Raiders’ junior so remaining with the Raiders could have been taken for granted. Kris, Timoko and Savage are a pretty talented trio.

Canberra have an incredible amount of untapped talent. Xavier Savage is going to be a star. Timoko is unbelievably strong. guys like Hudson Young and Emre Guler are lucky to make the bench of their first grade side. Starling has bided his time but is about to unseat Hodgson as their starting 9. Kai O'Donnell is a serious prospect. Smith-Shields himself is a very good centre in his own right.

Savage was signed by the Roosters. A Qld Under Age 100m sprint champion. O'Donnell is also a Qlder. The Raiders appear to recruit heavily from Qld?

Moses and teddy have furthered themselves from when they were with us. Woods has gone backwards

Good suggestion. Parking a few of our young NSW Cup stars in the tough QLD comp would assist with their development.
