Can we hurry up and look to extend Stefano already. I understand he’s off contract end of 2023 but surely we have to be in talks for an extension + pay rise. Star.

I believe he's absolutely vital to the club's future success, in every which way.
His value could be immense for many areas at the club including further strengthening our junior pathways and recruitment.
We don't really have a conclusive identity and the current Wests Tigers team - as a product - is somewhat low quality and therefore still a hard sell. But IMO this guy is the new prototype for the club and should be our main priority.
His dedication and commitment levels are as impressive as his physicality. The fact he's adequately handled the demands of the game in his first year, and is only going to get better, is scary.

It will be the desire for success that will see him walk into a top 3 club . The Tigers are a club with no identity let alone success … I would be very surprised if he stays full term on his contract failure has that effect. !

We need to show some appreciation of Stefano and extend and upgrade his contract now he came as a little known giant but everyone's noticing him now I think he will end up a better forward than Pain in the Haas

Agreed. Little doubt he will be one of the best props in the NRL. Due to our low position, we need to pay him as the best now to keep him.

Players like Chee are happy to get contracts whenever they arrive; there is no 'late'.
