believe the young Steelers halfback Tyrone Roberts has signed with us for next year. unsure as to whether he's on a development deal or just in Flegg but he's heading to Concord.

Young halfback, fullback. Can't say I recall him. Sloan and Amone have taken much of the limelight

from what I've seen he's fairly handy. good vision, throws a decent pass and is quick off the mark. obviously Sloan, Amone and Sullivan are all the rage down there but it's the under the radar signings that sides like Melbourne make that ultimately unearth 100+ game first graders.

I don't believe cooling off periods exist any more.

Maybe the longer period but there’s still some kind I think.

Could also be due to the fact the club don’t ever seem to him announce more than one thing in a day so memberships announced today, Peachey tomorrow.

If there is any steel to the Leniu rumour I’d say you wouldn’t see anything offical till after November 1

I personally dont think there will be anything to the Leniu rumour (seems to good to be true) but I cant see what 1 Nove would have to do with it. He is Contracted until the end of 23 so if he is being spoken to, he must have permission?

The Lomax rumours / house moving etc are because his girlfriend, who played for Saints, has now joined the Rooster's women's team. Thus she has moved to Bondi.

If he goes anywhere, you can bet it will be the Rorters also.

I'm open to offers haha Lomax would be my #1 priority & another left-field target as a priority would be Josh Hodgson on a 2-year deal. Nous on how to control the middle, tough & uncompromising, I think would work well with Hastings, good mentor for Jake Simpkin. Supposedly on the outer at Raiders, would not block future of Simpkin & other good hooker juniors we have (Rua, Tannous, Anjoul) but would likely mean releasing Liddle (however that could support murmurs that he's not overly happy & he just lacks that mongrel which could benefit us).

He's a local Illawarra junior, not a Dragons' junior. Illawarra always field strong HM and SG Ball teams.

Believe me there is very strong feeling about the poaching of Illawarra juniors over the years by St George. They were always known as Northern Illawarra to locals.
