Whilst it has been frustrating to watch the media spin repeated articles on the WT ability to recruit, you can't blame the club for being selective and not wasting cash - we hold the cards with respect to Hodgson as the Raiders cap is very strained. I wouldn't be surprised if we get him at a similar price to Peachy for 2 years, which IMO is a good deal.
The other consideration is Hodgson transitions from hooker to lock and plays 80 mins which allows us to add either Jacob or Jake to fill a bench spot effectively
