If we get Thompson and Hodgson we suddenly don't look too bad on paper.

It is looking better.
The centers and halves are the wildcards.
Get those combos right and we give the 8 a shake.
Big turn around from the disgust we felt after the dogs game.

The centres are the killer and there is no talk about any possibilities.

Douhie and Gildart might not be that bad

Problem is AD is out for half the season and Gildart is an unknown in the NRL

Reports suggest Douhei returns around early May. So maybe he will only miss the first 6 games ?

I’d be surprised if he goes to super league,I feel a few teams would want him here.He can be pretty lethal in attack.

Nobody comes back from a knee job firing. You can basically write his season off as far as him being a dominant force. Same applies for Tommy T and to a lesser extent AJ.

I have some faith in Liddle. Horrendous knee injury a few seasons ago takes time to physically and mentally get over. Yes he was not great last year, but I get the feeling he will be a lot better in 22. Still would take the Pom at the right price, but if the deal falls through, not the end of the world

Its interesting - in todays Telerag Laundry says he is a mad Wests Tigers fan and always has been. Good mates with Sheens and said he was ringing Sheens in England to try and convince him to get Woods back to the club. Surely the club must have known this guy was a keen tigers supporter and yet did nothing to entice him to throw his money our way.

Why do you assume they know that? I doubt Tigers have a list of the world's entire supply of fans?

You reckon Tigers court Harry T all year every year, and Lee H, but they'd leave Laundy out in the cold?

He has the talent,I just don’t think he has the tank.
Can’t have him and Simpkin both learning on the job.

LL is the type of player I think helps a squad thats on the rebuild.

Fun-loving attitude andnthe guy can play also.

With Paps inthe squad I think LL will be more creative and more damaging for the minutest that he plays.

Definite Retain for me.

Slight upgrade is a good ideas, now is not a fime to loose the better members of our squad.

Any further upgrade in line with performance in 2022

We need a hard nose enforcer in the pack.
Someone like Finucane , having fun loving guys is great for moral but not great for results.
And before any keyboard warriors get button happy I’m not saying he’s a problem...just saying we need a focused hard head in the pack to run along side Big stef.

When I think of enforcers, I don’t think Dale Finucane.

When I think of what a Pit Bull looks like that has just emerged from a particularly vicious scrap, I think of Dale Finucane.
