Gildart has played a major role in Thompson changing his mind about joining us

Hearing Sheens and Madge met with another bulldogs player today not Cotric but Luke 'Thommo' Thompson they trio were spotted at a having a chat at a café its no secret the dogs need to move one or the other Sheens believes that Thompson can help our forwards get some mongrel and some anger in our pack. The dogs offered him to us last week looks like both doggies players are options

Fingers crossed we can land Thommo.

All our youngsters need guidance, they won't develop into anything if within the next 2 years we don't put some experience in there around them to teach them.

sorry lads. hopeless on my part. Twal is my guy. I'd even be inclined to start him and move Thompson to the bench with Mikaele and/or Musgrove missing out. that's just me but. I'm a massive fan of Seyfarth, mainly for when he said he was gonna bash Kikau at Leichhardt earlier this year. maybe I'm biased.

can't wait to see him holding the trophy in his arms in a couple years. love him. local boy, works hard, brings plenty of energy. only going to get better too.

An extremely optimistic view:
Laurie comes back 100% and continues his develop at Fullback. Finishes top 3 in his position.
Noffa finds his run hard and straight form again, making him and Ken the number 1 wing pair at the dirty hitups at the start of sets.
Gildart, an English International, and Tupou, a Junior Wallaby, surprise many in the comp as a top 5 centre pairing.
Hastings provides the voice needed to allow Brooks to return or surpass his Dally M halfback season.
Stef and Twal lead from the front. Ably supported by Musgrove, who plays all games in '22.
Liddle becomes a 80 minute hooker. Leads the comp in line breaks and most tries for 9.
Blore and Tuilagi and Garner all impress in the back row, getting through heaps of mistake free work.
Peachey excels at lock and is so good he is not moved from the 13 all year.
The bench allows the Tigers to blood our next generation of stars. All get a taste of it. None disappoint.

He had big shoes to fill....M'Bye wasn't much more inspiring. They look good at pressers, but not much chop when the team is under the pump and needs a rev up, that's for sure.

if AD wasn't out for half the season I'd be throwing him the armband this instant. I'm not sure if there's an ideal candidate besides him.

Madge didn't use the F Bomb once during the season! Except for when the players tipped the Gator Aid on him after the GF Victory vs The Rorters

Hastings maybe? He is super vocal, but yea bit of learning probably needed for nrl again

Sensational. Hope they can land both.

If we want to land both and the kid from the cows we’ll definitely have to release leilua I’m assuming, or we’ll be at 31 players
