Speculation only , but it was supposed to be practically done and dusted prior to Christmas according to the Pom, I would have thought an announcement would be forthcoming ASAP as I believe Sheens was back at the desk Monday just gone.

O.K I know this was done before , but with what we have signed for next year , would it be worth trying to resign matterson , I know all the crap which went on , but he was superb when here before , he is just what we need to balance the pack , the slimmmy eels won’t resign him and we could even get him for this year . I know he is and was a prick but u can’t deny he is a class backrower , and sometimes to have to swallow ur pride . Interested to hear everyone’s views , AND just remember it’s only a talking point so be kind lol 😝

Concussion concerns first and foremost. For mine he was certainly better playing at lock when at WT, but different coach and forwards situation here compared to Parra, along with game changes since, so who knows.

Pass anyway due to him being too much about Ryan at the expense of the team.

honestly hope that Roberts isn't spot 30. while we lack quality in the centres we've still got a stack of them and should be looking to fill the final spot with a lock, front rower or a third string hooker.

Stardord To'a is a good signing. Can cover the whole backline (best on the wing), only 21 years old and is fast and strong. Could become a real good first grader and if not, handy depth.

11 tries in 20 games isn't a bad record either. Be nice for this season, could really use a fullback and wing option

We've actually already got a squad of 23 for next year too, with these guys unsigned or leaving.

I think Mikaele will end up at the Dolphins and if we buy a strong 2nd rower, Garner will be gone. Personally don't think Madden, Hoffman or Kei will be retained. Tuilagi needs a decent year in 2022 but plenty of potential. Talau seems to fit in no mans land - and coming back from a ACL, not sure where his best position is.

This is on the Knights' forum and like us they only care about their club. I would have thought if we sign Nanai, Nth Qld would release him for LL.
