Madge is desperate to have Musgrave regain the mongrel he showed when at Souths. Charging at the line without fear and getting post contact metres is an area where we lack in.
I would think Sheens would have read the riot act to him regarding his latest indiscretion. (well one would hope)
As he said recently "I'm not afraid to upset people"

The unfortunately reality is that the mad dogs that you want in your team (at least some of your roster), that personality type that makes them a little unhinged, to strike fear into opponents, charge into the line, yearn for contact and collision, have that wild look in the eye, toe the line between legal and illegal... it usually doesn't just turn off when they leave the field.

So if you want the odd fearsome lunatic in your side, unfortunately you need to expect and potentially accept some off-field nonsense (of course there is a clear limit to what is acceptable), and that's not even mentioning the other contributing factors for footballers getting in trouble - ego, money, youth, lack of intellect, being protected and championed your whole life, no experience as a Regular Joe etc.

The handful of players that can be absolute scary monsters on-field, then mostly sensible, reliable humans off-field... they end up becoming legends of the game like Gareth Ellis, Gorden Tallis etc. Maybe even Tallis is a stride to far to say he was sensible and reliable during his playing career.

Kenny Edwards is my poster-boy for "gone too far lunacy". That bloke was completely unhinged and scary for all the right and wrong reasons. If you can stay generally on the positive side of the Kenny Edwards scale, you might be alright.

agree, Ellis, or Paul Harragon don't come too often

If Stefano wants success, he can go to the storm.
If he wants money, he can go to the roosters.

If he wants to work hard and build his own legacy, he stays with the Tigers.

Choice is his.
🐯🔥

Don’t speak of this @Demps with the Storm losing NAS at the end of next year

The Club has signed Starford To'a from Newcastle Knights for 2023 as fullback & backline depth cover.
There’s hope he'll gain a release for 2022.
Was given permission to negotiate for 2023.

Honestly not sure of the hold up, but he’s getting a good deal.
Sheens will get this done.

Are we making a decent play at Luki and Nanai regardless of the swap deal? Both are absolute guns and off contract for 23

We sending a certain someone their way in return?

First week back and Sheens already kicking goals. To’a fills a need. The early release talk will definitely reignite the rumours re that certain someone.

Stardord To'a is a good signing. Can cover the whole backline (best on the wing), only 21 years old and is fast and strong. Could become a real good first grader and if not, handy depth.

11 tries in 20 games isn't a bad record either. Be nice for this season, could really use a fullback and wing option
