Honestly barba is just what we need, a fast skillfull playmaking fullback. I would be happy if went for barba or isaako. This gildart lad doesn’t seem quick for my liking and would hammered if naiqama’s physique can’t even dent the line.

Watching the dragons i realised We lack big bodies that actually go forward. Compare sims to rochow, rochow lacks grit. Lawrence has butter fingers. Geez oh geez i’m worried.
Did anyone else notice how disorganised the team looked when benji came off, that was scary.

Too bad we won't be able to get him until 2020\. He'll be 30 turning 31 by the time we get him. A little too old to be signing for me.

Contract does not mean a thing nowadays.
With a trade or $ compensation to gain a release, particularly for a player playing in England who wants to return to Oz, may be way to organise.
Problem I see with us getting Barba is more Cronulla who realise his value. He was the difference between them just making the eight and winning the comp in 2016.

Would 100% take Tedesco back, the Roosters have ruined him

Brooks needs to have a chat with him.

Twice he wanted out and you'd take him back? Tedesco looks a couple of yards slower than he was with WTs. No thanks stay with your Eastern Suburbs Elite mates.

Why not wait and see how our young fullback in U20s progresses. He has a lot of talent.

Does he? What are his strengths? I actually have no idea, only that Tigers management saw something in him, to bring him over from the Sharks system. And what about our development players - Gibbs and McIntyre, how are they going. I noticed McIntyre has been picked as a centre in ISP when I thought he was a forward….

Yea the last player we brought over from the sharks system was Ado-Carr - not sure how he's doing these days just that he is no longer with us.

The Tigers need some x factor look at Penrith 2014 got to the semis on hard work and lost two games in a row and out the back door and 2015 they did not do much

Mate I wish we could get Corey Oates! He is just what we need on the flank. I know he wants to play second row and all, but he's a great winger.

Val Holmes

To play on the wing or fullback? He was having a sook not long ago because Cronulla are playing him on the wing and not at fullback. He's more of a winger imo.

What about trying to get Koroibete back? He's off contract at the end of this season too.

Fullback following our forwards through the middle is the best use of him, he's very Tedesco like in that aspect….. class finisher too

Anthony Don and Anthony Gelling would do me out of the off contract players.

I would also look at the possiblity of Jai field and Kurt Mann getting early releases. Both under utilised. Kurt Mann would be a massive signing. So strong, can play anywhere. Would be a great fullback given time and right coaching. If not, would be good at left centre.

Sorry Sirro, big no for Gelling- massive head case and liability. Don on the cheap but better options TBH.

Like both Jai Field (put a little bit more weight on) and Kurt Mann. Mann covers so many options, would be happy to have him at FB. Think he is on decent money at the Dragons….maybe player swap on Tui and Mann

Didnt know that about Gelling. Just going off how he looks this year. I like Don purely to have a tall winger who is a weapon in the air, something we never have and shouldn't take big money like Mansour.

Thats not a bad idea. He would be an upgrade on any fullback we have.

With Lomax putting pressure on at the Dragons its realistic they might release Mann as well

What's doing????

Wouldn't take Mann for a bet - Hasn't done a thing this year.

One of the best defenders in the competition, pound for pound one of the strongest, plays whatever role given to him by the coach without fuss, ability to play 1-7, attack growing by the week and would only get better with a starting position, wouldn't cost too much….. yeh pass on Kurt Mann.

Mann had big wraps at Melbourne.. Then left and haven't really heard much of him since.

Sleeping giant or average plodder?

I would take mann.

Upgrade on Thompson at the back.

Thompson is a winger.

1\. Kurt Mann
2\. Corey Thompson
3\. Kevin Naiqama
4\. Esan Marsters
5\. MWZ/Fonua/Nofa

Gives you that extra playmaker at the back..
