Most likely out of those 3 is Tumeth.Looking at our squad of 26
Is there any evidence that Fainu , Reilly and Tumeth can handle Nrl level ?
Note Ngutlik not in our list but assume he will be added .
No idea. Probably born 2000?How old is he?
flanker, so breakawayAny 1 know what position he plays in union?
I can see some of your points but lets fast forward to 2022/2023....Sheens was sacked after 1 year after he signed a 5 year contract if my memory is correct. The side finished 10th after a terrible run of injuries, he sued to recover the money he was owed. The club didn't want to pay him out. Previous 2 years we finished 3rd and 4th. Farah and Marshall are the best 2 players to play for the West Tigers in my opinion, they were both treated shamelessly, as was another legend, Chris Heighington. If you want loyalty from players, you look after them. It works both ways.
@pawsandclaws1 reckons he pays St Josephs....Any 1 know what position he plays in union?
scored 2 - 1 was off a run straight through the ruck with good speed. made some good tackles as well. Wales were terrible, but he could be a smokey.Voss's talking up our png player in state cup Jimmy. Must of had a few good runs. Talking him up big time
Was a product of the College.@pawsandclaws1 reckons he pays St Josephs....
Lol you answered that to what position he playsWas a product of the College.
At the least it's a forward who has some mongrel in him....It is an upgrade on who we had last season.
Houston went to St Joseph’s in 2017 - had plenty of go in him. Not sure how his defence will go in league but has plenty of ticker. Backs up from the inside and had pace for a flanker and scored many tries - match winnerNo idea. Probably born 2000?
It’s a smart move by the club to prospect in Rugby Union. Most players never heard of Wests Tigers I imagine?
I wonder if Sheens sees the next Noa Nandruku in him?scored 2 - 1 was off a run straight through the ruck with good speed. made some good tackles as well. Wales were terrible, but he could be a smokey.
Jimmy Ngutlik - tall, fast and always looks to promote the ball. He's a Sheens type of player - different.
Madge would coach that flair out of him. Sheens will encourage it.
Ngutlik is just the tip of the talent pool in PNG. The country is so remote comms. are difficult and fans walk many kms to watch games. I hope we have our scouts in PNG. PS bring your doxycycline and primaquine.I wonder if Sheens sees the next Noa Nandruku in him?
The 1st try he scored ...he showed some real pace ...reminded a bit of Rhys WesserVoss's talking up our png player in state cup Jimmy. Must of had a few good runs. Talking him up big time
How old is he?
How many rugby union forwards have cracked it in the NRL over all those years ...Ray Price and Scott Gourlay .....some real good rugby forwards have been disasters Tony Darcy .....how many have we had alone that have failed .....the bloke from the 7's .....Sam that went to Manly around the time we won the premiership ...How old is he?
