Signings, Suggestions & Rumours Discussion

I was actually thinking this yesterday when watching the game. Hastings just points. He advertises where the next play is going just to sell himself as an organiser. He needs to learn to organise but be inconspicuous as much as possible. I remember Brooks field goal against Souths last year and how obvious Hastings made it known Brooks was kicking. I thought then that this guy is self salesmen.

I like him and hope he goes reasonably well, but I can see how he gets people off side. There is a slight fakeness to him.
I said when we let him go that I thought the club played the right card. Last year when he first came on , clubs would rush up on him and that allowed him to ball play. By mid season clubs just hung off him because they knew he was not going to do them for speed and he would just slow the attack down and make things ultra predictable. No one could doubt his effort or passion and he was not terrible, just think he Became very predictable

Im not prepared to be too critical of Hastings or Newcastle before we have thrown a ball considering we have to face them next week. They have made us look inept too many times even when they are not going much better themselves.
Newy might have a couple out next week, Brailey for a spear tackle and Ponga for concussion(?)

Kent hates the Tigers with passion as far as I’m concerned he is just another Parra flog, and he just likes to cause trouble for us.
Haven't seen much nrl360 this year, but I have found Hooper speaks about WT as though he is a jilted ex 15 year old girl. Just seems to sink the boot in at every slightest opportunity.

Again, only see and read, and don't know him, but he comes across as a complete tool.

Kent was the one to start stirring the pot about Sheened and Benji not seeing eye to eye on NRL 180.

Great post @king_sirro

Never saw anything disingenuous, but then as I said, he was easy to like as a fan. You have no way of really knowing character; It's why it's interesting to hear about people meeting sports people and saying "in real life...".

Pointing thing is funny. It used to drive me crazy the way Benji would motion for a player to head back inside! Also looked like he was quickly waving off a fart... 🤪
Maybe Michael Ennis in real life is the next dalai lama

No one said he was an origin player. These are just cheap shots from weak people.
So because people have a different view to you on JH they are weak? no one has had a go at him personally only shared their opinion of his playing ability. Which as a professional sportsman is fair game.

I think a weak person is one who is unable to accept that not all people think the same.
