Watched the NSW cup yesterday was impressed with our number 3 , saukuru , big strong and fast he was the only player who looked like he could crack the line , any one know much about him .
Now that we have lost 2 players , how long before the club gets of there arse and signs some players , if this was any other club it would be done inside a week

Agree , but to become a good fullback he needs to be left there for the season

reckon Aiden Sezer will be called upon to partner brooks in the halves this year and probably signs on 23,24 and x 25

said a few weeks ago Brooks gets a 2 year extension to be announced bye week, see how that goes I guess especially now AD injured and likely misses half of 2024

When Madge was sacked our chairman said something like we have had 17 people express interest for the coaching position(the figure could be wrong relying on memory) so Sheens is NOT the only person we could get but unfortunately he ended up getting the position

We will never know who applied because the club did not mention a single name,but the plan the club decided to go with is a complete failure and even most of Sheens fans are starting to realise it was a poor decision.That's what happens when you supposedly listen to a drunk in a restaraunt

Agree prior to yesterday had some doubts but I'm convinced he's our new Fullback
We must leave him there stop swapping everyone around
Only other positive Tupou imo our player of the match that's one wing spot locked in
Other top class players we already know ,Api ,Isaiah, Bateman ,Klemm and Steph
Sad about Douehi he played well yesterday maybe gone season and Naden many weeks
Hey Pascoe do your job get us some cap dispensation and let's recruit a top half or 5/8

I agree. He was on a pre-season T&T contract and now NSW Cup. I believe he is 21 as he was our SG Ball Back of the Year in 2021. Drawn comparisons with Sharks' Talakai due to his small powerful stature.

I hope we persevere with him. He needs to involve himself more which may be confidence thing and can be prone to defensive lapses but we need to remember he's only 21. What I was impressed with yesterday was his footwork & his speed. If he has the determination to succeed and we put the time into him, he could be a very destructive powerful centre moving forward.

Arthur would be a huge improvement on what we have in the halves, I would rather have Benji in the halves over Laurie, the guy is a KOE specialist at best.

What ever you may think of Brad Arthur, he is still a father and would be protective of his son.

The question is, would he allow his son to come to the Wests Tigers and commit career suicide?

He probably reckons he's better off playing for Wenty for the next 4 or 5 years.

If he was smart he would say go get the experience at the Tigers and in two years I'll bring you back
