Looking at players released by other clubs we should have a look at a couple of the youngsters.

Corey Waddell (22) from the panthers & Louis Geraghty (20) storm may be worth a look as backrowers.

Herbert & Garrick from the dragons are worth a look at outside backs.

Hopefully we can aim higher and get established NRL players, but if not, these may be roster fillers with potential in positions we are light on

Haven't seen heaps of Garrick , but what I have seen is pretty damn good

No way! He's a decent player in a great team, but he certainly ain't no 'star'.

He will be a borderline origin reserve in my opinion. Probably better than Crichton. It’s a big call but my eyes don’t deceive me he is a superior player.

Probably the best thing that could happen to him is to go to the Storm to realise his talent. The Eels were not a great fit for him but regardless there were far worse performers at the Eels.

Garrick signed with Manly mid season, was chased by Barrett, is still going there despite the drama at the club. Source is an immediate member of family.
