MOSES OFFERED TO FOUR CLUBS

The Eels are shopping playmaker Mitchell Moses after an indifferent season.

The former NSW Under 20’s halve has been offered to the Broncos, Roosters, Storm, and Raiders.

It is unlikely that Moses will remain an Eel beyond 2018.

Also, Bevan French expected to sign with the Dogs.

Jeez kick him out and shop him to Storm or roosters - that’ll teach him!

Reports the Trbojevic brothers wanting out of Manly.

Both would walk into our team

You should read the articles, not just the headline

Asked on Channel 9 whether there was a possibility of walking out on the club because of the ongoing saga, Trbojevic said: “There’s no chance. We’re signed for another two years so we’ll be playing at Manly for the next couple of years.

Looking at players released by other clubs we should have a look at a couple of the youngsters.

Corey Waddell (22) from the panthers & Louis Geraghty (20) storm may be worth a look as backrowers.

Herbert & Garrick from the dragons are worth a look at outside backs.

Hopefully we can aim higher and get established NRL players, but if not, these may be roster fillers with potential in positions we are light on

Haven't seen heaps of Garrick , but what I have seen is pretty damn good

Garrick signed with Manly mid season, was chased by Barrett, is still going there despite the drama at the club. Source is an immediate member of family.

Thanks mate

I hadn't checked whether he had or hadn't signed

Just when I have watched him play , he has played well

Wish him luck for us , he is welcome in the future :sign:

Bennett will sign him for 4 years on big $ at the Broncos then quit & take TPJ & Oates with him to the Tigers

Probably the best thing that could happen to him is to go to the Storm to realise his talent. The Eels were not a great fit for him but regardless there were far worse performers at the Eels.

He'll realise his talent alright, playing for Sunny Coast.

Mitchell Moses…...while he does not have a full respect for the game and its values, he does have the ability to be a very good 5/8 or half.
It seems to be his attitude towards what the game can give him than what he can give the game.
If he ended up at the storm and knuckles down he would improve in my opinion.

Agree. He needs Bellamy to teach him how to be a team player and kick him off the high horse in true Bellamy fashion. Not sure they want or need him but he sure needs a different approach as far as coaching goes.

It's what he needs but would he respond well to that type of hard love?

Such a Parramatta Eels move. Such a Brad Arthur move.

Thye will look like fools once again if he goes to either club and plays well.

They tried for so long to move Corey Norman who is on $1million and I dont think they got any bites. They’ve probably realised that both those guys don’t fit in the team together. Moses must be loving this , wooden spoon and now being shopped around.

I wonder if we're one of the clubs interested in Nene McDonald. He'd be a good fit IMHO.

Can break the line and a decent finisher too. Wouldn't say no to signing Nene.

Geez yeah!
I didn’t know he was off contract.
I’d sign him in a heartbeat.

He is not off contract, but he is going to the cowboys next year
