My prediction… Des wants Foran, the Dogs will want Reynolds to replace him and I cannot see us getting in their way.
We then either ask for Taupau (which will be a no) or Walker.

I think Reynolds is a good player, but his injuries this year have made him a non event for us. If he stays and earns his money he will be good for the team. If however the Bulldogs want him, then it would be good to switch. The Dogs cannot keep Foran and Manly want Foran bad.

And our 5/8 would be???

Exactly. We're not exactly brimming with talent in the halves. I'm all for replacing Reynolds for someone better, but not sure who else is out there…

No one as good as Reynolds (that includes Johnson in my eyes).

POM's last line was a little intriguing - some tweaking of the roster will occure but expect only one addition prior to Christmas.
Sounds like one or two current players might move on.
If it's the right bodies, it would free up a couple more spots for Maguire's own recruits.

Plus, he’s not getting any younger.
They might want him, but if they’ve got any sense, they’ probably won’t want to pay him what we’re paying him here.

Nonsense. All humans need sunlight or food to obtain adequate Vit D, just that fairer skinned people produce Vit D more easily from lower levels of light. If you locked a Ginger in a cupboard for 6 months they'd still get Rickets.

And then you factor in higher rates of skin cancer for fair-skin folks… I'm yet to hear of a diet that can ward off skin cancer.

By all reports SJ just went through the motions in the second half of this weekends Test against the poms with the game in the line. Very familiar.

I wouldn’t mind guessing that the coach wasn’t happy.

On the other hand he was dangerous every time he got the ball against the Kangaroos. Like. Everyone says - no consistency.

It was a pretty ordinary game all round - lots of mistakes by both teams and the ref allowed a very skinny 10 mtrs which turned the game in to a forward bashathon. SJ did run the ball a bit on tackle 5 in the first half that had England back peddling but he didn't get much chance to do so in the second half. Not the type of game SJ does well in.

Klemmer is a good player. We offered Woods 900K, Klemmer would kinda be worth that money but boy is it a risk.
