Tbh Staines has alot of Jennings about him. Score a lot of tries on the end of so.e good halves and some good back line moves.

Honestly don’t know what the hype for him and Burton is based on.

I’ve watched both and for me Burton shows real promise.
Very talented with the ball and I expect him to grow into a very handy ball playing lock forward.
Stains is ok but very much work in progress and not worth the $s which what I’m hearing his manager was shop-fronting for.

The thing with Burton is he is contracted for 2021 and would need a release.

Cleary do us a favor? Incredibly unlikely.

I would bet a small fortune he either stays or is released to Barret after the grand final.

The only finals game I have ever missed was the Dragons game in 2011, the one with the Benji try off the missed kick. I can't wait to attend our next one.

We have signed NO current NSW or Kangaroo players ever in their prime. None. When was the last time any of us read "Current Kangaroo joins Wests Tigers".

Why? If money talks, we would have landed someone by now. Reality is most see us a bad option. When we land two current Kangaroos you can raise my comments again...I hope it is soon.

Not being negative...I just don't think players see us like they see other clubs. Even Canterbury, no matter how low, have always been able to sign rep players.
