NRL has decided to stay with a top 30 system, but player salaries will be reduced by around 10%. Development players might change from 6 to 2-4 development spot. Still needs to be signed off by the RLPA but it’s expected to be fine by then.

I think people underestimate how gettable he is for us rn

Practically guaranteed he won’t be at Souths as officials have confirmed, while South also refuse to release him too arch rivals the Roosters and us being the only other club interested so far with Madge having a strong relationship with him where he’ll be able to get his money and preferred position - don’t think ARU could even afford him knowing they’re collapsing by the day

The kids more hyped than Ponga was and look how good that turned out, while also getting GI and Tom Turbo comparisons can’t see why anyone would be against it, the natural talent he possess for anyone that’s watched him you’d understand there’s no ceiling for him he can be anything... I understand the whole he seems full of himself and not someone to build a team around attitude wise bc of contract negotiations rumours but he’s still a kid and I’m sure that’s more management than him from what I’ve been told there isn’t a harder trainer going around than Suallii himself hence probs why Madge rates him so highly

Swapping one injury prone play for another is just insanity. We will gain nothing.

It depends where Madge rates Reynolds in the depth chart at 5/8 against AD, Mbye, Walters and Madden. I rate him dead last so he would never play.

If AD is playing 5/8 that leaves Mbye and AJ as the current fullback options. There is much higher chance that Moylan would get a few games so he is an upgrade because he plays fullback where we lack depth.

When we were rumoured to be signing him (last year?) I wasn't a huge fan. But if it's a straight swap for someone who never plays anyway, he could be a handy pick up.


Agreed. If a straight swap and for only one year I cant see a downside. Moylan isnt worth that kind of money but is a much better player than Reynolds.

The downside is you get Moylan.

What a waste of talent Moylan has proved to be.
Looking back when he debuted for NSW he could have been anything.
Still one of the few players over recent years who could win a game by himself.
You couldn’t lose swapping him for Reynolds (who is unlikely to play first grade) I suppose.
Be nice if he got stuck in to prove himself.

i thought he wasnt to bad in his first grade game

got a try, was playing on wing as well

and we cant highlight enough the defence on the inside of him taht lead to some of the trys

Josh Rizk in before Cini. I've watched Cini and for me he is a centre but needs to work overtime on his defence like. ET did. Rizk is a quick and strong player whom could play anywhere in the outside backs.

It's been posted before but a player with this explosive pace will always find a home in the backline. He's just as difficult to handle in real life. He made life difficult for the young Dragon whom made his debut in the last two games. Better still he is one of our own.

I deadset love how Harry played for us and how he devoted himself to our club and colours knowing it was on loan for the year,would have him back in a heartbeat...I have supported and been a fan of Jacobs ever since his fg debut,the only one issue for me with him is his injury toll.If he can stay injury free he will be as big an asset to us as Harry was..dont know much about Simpkin only what I have heard,he could be huge or he could be a flop..only time will tell..
