We should take a leaf out of the dogs book to land signings. The way they landed Luke Thompson they flew over there to get the contract signed.

Let us not take a leaf out of anything Bulldogs do at the moment.

They are landing players because their roster is almost completely without talent and they have tonnes of salary cap to throw around.

They seem to be more professional than us. Getting contracts signed, don't have players AND sometimes coaches walking almost on a yearly basis.

Yeah sure they get contracts signed, like Foran on a million a season and Greg Eastwood on $700K a season and T-Rex on whatever stupid money he was on, plus constant infighting a spiking of their board members. Ah that green, green grass...

Now I am excited!

True, but I would have liked to keep Aloiai and McIntyre. I thought they were both keepers.

Reynolds and Packer are the two players I’m excited to get rid of at the end of 2021. Will free up some good space. Their value to the team is zero.

I also wanted to keep McIntyre and Aloiai, but if those guys are going then expect a few more.

Doogies admin is just a figurehead for the decision makers behind the scenes. Revolving door at the whim of a constant power struggle.

They'll end up back at square one trying to balance the cap in a few years

I got the impression that was probably about Roberts...but I could be wrong.


I thought the timeframe was a little short to be Roberts. I think if Roberts comes it wont be next week.
