Widdop is likely to win us as many, and maybe even more games than Addo-Carr with his game management and goal kicking. Very good experienced player and would be keen to succeed given his family situation and the inability of clubs to pay him what he would normally expect to get.

His shoulder is shot .....if his shoulder was fine ....massive yes and I'd throw in an extra 200 k as well

Widdop was done when he left the year before last . Unfortunately that would be 350k of wasted money .

Man that dragons team when he finished up was beyond dismal . And his team last year , considering all the hype around them , were not good at all . It’s not 2016 dude . He was a fine player , but not the messiah some would claim him to be .

Wouldn't go near Widdop. He was shot when he left the NRL and he certainly won't have improved if anyone is stupid enough to sign him up.

I would jump at Widdop at that price if we have the money available. Give him a shot at fullback and he’s a great goal kicker. Surely someone in the world would take Reynolds of our hands.

Only way to do that is to set up a go fund me page to get his Pyscho ex misses to pester him again .

Laurie’s a REAL chance to be getting here early. Add our chat with Staggs next week about a contract, and the club looking for one more decent 2nd rower. Potentially could end up with Gebbie or Blore getting a bench spot, for utility value... that’s a strange position for us not needing loads of specific cover or four out and out forwards. Bolster defence + attack.

Not worried about Mbye/Doueihi as long as one of them can aim up there and be safe... 🏈
