Just imagine Reynolds playing for us instead of Souffs.

No Walker (hurts me to even mention that grubs name) to guide the team around, very poor defender, he has no running game with Souffs let alone with us. People say he has no back problems, I'm sure you would find out pretty quick if he was playing with us and no bodyguards around him. Crunch!!!!

The guy has a pretty good kicking game - he also has players around him that take advantage of that....do we?

Would not be half the player with us - personally think he is pretty ordinary player with a good kicking game.

It would be a Big NO from me.

He won a comp without Walker,( in fact the average age of that backline was 21 and he was only 22 ) ran 80 metres to score a try just last week and is an excellent defender. The players around him have always looked good, possibly because he's a very good half back and creates the opportunities for them. His running game is the equal of Cronk's. Anyway, you had better get used to him because he'll be signing with either us or the Titans very soon.

We should make it happen. We can’t sit idle and wait for Brooks to play 200 games before he comes good. Reynolds is worth the risk for a 2 year deal. We don’t need him to run , we need him to organise and get us repeat sets. Something Brooks will never be able to do consistently.

Far out if Reynolds comes to us it will be for money only. He is as much a confidence player as Brooks is. We need to get our pack firing or will be in the same predicament with Reynolds. Injuries always hurt more when you are losing.

How is anyone comparing Reynolds to Brooks. Come on guys, take the blinkers of.

How anyone could possibly want Folau is beyond me.

Why? We are short on backs and the guy is as good an athlete as you will find.

Hasn’t played NRL in 10 years and would be a PR disaster. Would be a shocking decision.

I would be very happy to have Reynolds with us for 2 years. It appears Brooks does not want to organize the side, nor is he capable. Brooks, in my opinion, would excel as a running five eight. Douiehi could replace that log B.J. in the centre and would not let us down. The goal kicking would have to go to Reynolds first.

Reynolds is one of five players important to the Rabbits. Murray, Walker, Cook and Mitchell will still be at the Club. Get him to a club not in the top four not surrounded by stars and the result could get really ugly very quickly.

If our main sponsor has left the door open then maybe it’s a possibility. Played super league last year .

Be the same if he went to any other club... in fact money is the reason he's leaving Souths. Footy is a business!

I would take Folau in a heartbeat. Make it happen tigers.

Wouldn't go near that filth and he's spent so long out of rugby league there's no way he'd be that good transitioning back.

If that is true then it would mean the club has given up on Brooks totally, as AD would suit Reynold's game very well.

We had three shots on Parra's line first 15 on Sunday and they all ended in cheap turnovers / failed last plays. With 4 to go, we had to get a repeat and Luke threw a nothing pass to Talau, who got swamped.

Brooksy was good, but that final play (which is so crucial) he just always fails at.

I am presuming Madge has seen enough IF your link to Reynolds is correct (and you have a history of getting mail right)

you heard anything in terms of who we're after for 2022 or mid season this year mate?

Nothing definite, ask me in a few weeks and I might have a bit more solid info. I do know Reynolds is a massive chance for us next season. As of last night it was us or the Titans.

I hope you are right, he would be huge for us, I don't get the Reynolds hate on here

I don't hate Reynolds but I also take notice of clubs that move on players who they no longer value ahead of those they choose to keep. He is a great front runner - but we need some one who can lead an underperforming team. The pressure will be just as much on him as it has been with Mybe and JRey and I don't think he has the mentality or will to manage what comes with the responsibility and the pay cheque he will collect to take on the job. His passion is with South's and he should stat there just like Sutton did. Happy to be proven wrong but we have been down this path before.

That's a great description of that piece of work willow

For the right deal - for all concerned parties and as an experiment, I personally would love to see how Izzy would go in the present day pressure cooker of the NRL. Hopefully still succeeding. That boy was such a gifted athlete in both Union & League. He was a beast and a pleasure to watch, because of his abilities, skills and the smiles and joy he brought to the viewing audience. Go Weststigers!

Filth? Really? Has he beaten or glassed his partner, gotten drunk and terrorised a family, raped a woman or smashed a guys head in? That’s the kind of person I would glass as filth and sadly there are, and has been, several of them running around in the NRL over the years.
