How anyone could possibly want Folau is beyond me.
Why? We are short on backs and the guy is as good an athlete as you will find.
Hasn’t played NRL in 10 years and would be a PR disaster. Would be a shocking decision.
If our main sponsor has left the door open then maybe it’s a possibility. Played super league last year .
I can’t see us being that stupid tbh
And PV has said no way he's coming back despite the Christian campaign.
Not sure what the courts would say despite PV thinking he is above the law
Who cares - we are not a retirement/superannuation home anymore - unless we sign Reynolds that is.
Reynolds is 30, and despite what some people are sprouting he is not injury prone, check how many games he has missed through injury, it is not many at all.
And if people thinks he is not an upgrade, well I have been watching different games to them, he offers a lot of what we don’t have but desperately need.
Souths cap for 2023 is just about tapped out, that is the sticking point on the second year, no conspiracy theory
31 this year though.
And yeah he’s missed stuff all footy through injury but the concern and why I think Souffs offered him 2 years with a club option is his back. All it takes is one more bad collision and he could be forced into early retirement
As I already mentioned, the 2nd year issue is souths cap is full for 2023, nothing to do with injury concerns, Keary is 29 and missed a stack of footy with injuries, would you sign him if you could
Source?
And no I wouldn’t.
One story debunking the injury myth, another on souths cap for 2023, you can read full stories if you like

It was also revealed that the Rabbitohs had more contracted players for 2023 than any other club, and would have only about $2 million to spend on 16 players if the contracts of Reynolds and Cody Walker were extended for another two years. That would leave the club with a per-player average of just $125,000 to spend on the remaining squad.

Wayne Bennett has blasted talk that South Sydney skipper Adam Reynolds is on restricted duties as he fights for his future at the Rabbitohs.
Bennett, however, is more angered about reports that Reynolds has been on restricted training since fracturing his back in 2019.
The halfback’s camp is annoyed that this information has been leaked to clubs like the Cowboys in a bid to undermine his value on the market.
Wayne Bennet can not be used as a credible source, he has told some massive lies over the last few years.
