Thanks for the info CCTW, Isaako I believe the club has been chasing for awhile and has been playing some good footy so far this year. Fast,goalkicker,and can play Fullback or wing he ticks a lot of boxes. Pangai has the ability but often cops suspensions from being too aggressive, it's a real 50/50 call to make if he would be a good buy for the team and I would be guessing he won't come cheap.

Joey has impressed in the last few weeks .. I reckon he’ll get an extension

BJ will need to keep that form going for the rest of the season if he wants an extension of his contract, as well as a reduced amount for next year.
He’s too hot and cold for my liking.

Luciano could be better but TPj is a hitter and a rep player.

IMO he replaces Garner in our line up and we become more threatening.

I can agree that replacing Garner is a priority and I’d be moving Luciano to lock. Where we disagree is I want hard working, reliable second rowers like Finucane / Bromwich.

I’d prefer Twal > TPJ.

But these stats from Pangai show why we need him on the edge with Laurie or Brooks looming.

Who said I was talking about defence?

Just pointing out it would be a concern with TPJ and the new rules. I’m thinking of dropping him from my NRL fantasy team for this reason. So many players are getting sent off. Coaches will need to adapt not sure if all players have that discipline.
Well drilled teams like the Storm, Penrith, Roosters ect will be fine.
I wouldn’t be surprised if the Roosters cut JWH if the NRL continues down this path.

I have liked BJ the last few weeks, would it be possible however to not take up the club option for X amount of money and renew him for one year on a smaller amount of money, or would that be risky business with player morale etc?

That is what I would be looking at.
