Hits hard but has errors in him, doesn't make a heap of metres running the footy and doesn't score much either.
He's one of Bennett's favourites and Wayne has dropped him, that speaks volumes IMO. Not opposed to it but don't think he will be anymore than a 'decent' signing, obviously happy to be proven wrong.
I don’t mind Sua but he’s definitely a bit of an Aldi TPJ
Agreed. TPJ is way more damaging and Su'A can't read defence for his life.
His big hit (which half the time he shoulder charges and gets penalised for anyway) is all he's got.
Koloamatangi is a lot better (but contracted til end of '23).
Yeah I mentioned Keloamatangi 2 years ago
Very good backrower.
Been told by Forum MOD's we wont sign him because the majority of the Forum won't be able to spell his name ...same reason we eventually lost Seamanufangai and will lose Utoikamani ...how Nofoaluma passes this standard just buggers me ..and he is crap .....

Joke!
If we pay anywhere near that I’m done.
Kent was pointing out the system is a joke. The fact that Melbourne could get him 500-650 even less IMO but clubs like us have to pay overs 950 to get players of that standard show system is not working
Kent also said the top clubs have earned the right to pay the better players less as they are more of a chance at winning comps
So there’s a tier system?
GF teams pay little, finalists pay a bit more, mid table teams pay more again and bottom teams pay through the nose?

Our forwards are pathetic with minimal agility, no grunt and lateral movement worse than most grandma’s. Sua, TPJ, Dale all on the market and most here still still prefer our players. Ours aren’t better at all.
Lucy is a big cause of 35% of tries now. Watch games and look at them. Second they draw him midfield within next play or 2 we are always shot & teams score. His hitups are great but come to late, never when the chips are down he roves wide and isolates against the smaller players. He isn’t as good as many say and is a massive reason for us being terrible.
Garner is solid this year but again doesn’t do ground work when we need him.
We have no lock at all. Seyfarth is trying but he is a long way off NRL standard. He gets shrugged to side and often holds down players to get back at marker or his lateral movement mid field misses the tackler (his effectiveness isn’t high).
Twal tries hard but I have never seen a forward as tall & big as him constantly get pushed back, wish he would have some mungrel. With Tamou they are our best forward stop defenders but they don’t push forward. They are required to cover more ground in defense than most props due to our backrowers being ineffective.
The amount of times we struggle to even make 10-20mtrs a set with our forwards hitting up is a deadset joke. How our forwards keep getting dominated in the tackle is a big reason why we are always on the back foot and get carved up out wide as it forces us to cram in and focus more energy running onside than being in position for next set. But hey it’s Brooks who fails us with his kicking game.
We need players who hit hard, who run hard and players who opposition forwards will run to the side of rather than straight up. Players who move up over the advantage line and know what a shoulder is.
At the moment we have very few forwards who can do this.
