To all you blokes knocking the milf . . . . as you get older you will appreciate a good milf.
Not sure if I like the looks of this one, though.

He’s worse than O’hara.

Packer’s first half of his first season was great, he used to lead the line speed in defence. Something missing from us right now. He’s a shadow of that player now.

IMO we need to be looking at solid first graders in that 23-28 age range with decent first grade experience that aren't in the 650k+ territory and continue to focus on finding the promising young players (Laurie, Simpkin, Simpkins etc.).

We're not going to land any big names unless we massively overpay and I'd only want to do that for a top class spine player (B Smith, Ponga, Munster etc.).

It seems like this has been the recent approach so keen to see how it goes.

Although I admit after each game where we are dominated I immediately want us to panic buy someone.

That is pretty much the aim of the club, looking for the right players in that 100-150 game range.

That’s good to hear, I think it will work if we stick to it. A lot does hinge on finding the next Ponga or Reece Walsh to add the class factor. Having Sheens at the the club makes me much more confident about finding them than before.

MILFORD’S MYSTERY NRL SUITOR

New Corp is reporting the 27-year-old is in “advanced stages of brokering a deal” to ensure that fresh environment is still in the NRL.

Milford’s suitor is unknown at this stage, but he has been linked to the Rabbitohs with Jason Demetriou taking over as coach next season. The two have worked together at the Broncos.

I don't think Lee said a signing would be announce in the coming days but said soon and I believe its the bunny getting Milf. Even we could not attract Milf if we wanted him :grin:

Regardless of when he said it might happen I honestly hope Milf doesn't end up with us. He seems like the sort of player Tigers would try and justify signing. I've been taking the piss out my mate for weeks who's a massive Bunnies fan that Milf was heading there, imagine the look on my face if he ended up at the Tigers.
